Your tree will become smaller, and solve faster.

Ah thanks

Hi! I have a question regarding turn reports. It's clear for me how to generate a turn report for a specific tree, but I was wondering what can I do to gather turn reports when I solve an entire database? For example, let's say I solve my database of 163 flops, and for each of the 163 trees, I want to extract the turn report after check/check on the flop. How can I do that without manually having to extract the turn report for each one of the 163 flops I solved in my database?

This is currently not available, but the data is available in the trees. From a technical perspective it's not too difficult to provide. A challenge would be in which format to offer it, and with which buttons to make it available in the interface.

Thanks for your response. One useful thing would be: after filtering for some flop types in a database (for instance, all rainbow, unpaired, no trips, with ace higher card), then see how each possible turn card should be played on average. So no need (in my opinion) for extracting the turn report for every single flop in the database, but rather a statistic to see how to play each turn card on some specific group of flops. The same thing would be useful for the river. In this case, we would need one "averaged" river report for every "averaged" turn report we previously extracted.

Do you mean that you have a 5GB savefile? We use compression for the savefiles, so it's possible that the trees in the file only barely fit in your RAM.

This might be very difficult to do, but I will consider it for future development.

Does GTO+ have a function that parallels Strategy + EV in Pio?

Does GTO+ have a discord?

Can you perhaps explain the function in some more detail? We can offer just about anything, although the challenge is usually that at a certain point the interface becomes too difficult to use. As for discord, we don't offer that.

If I process a database where are the files saved?

It warns me on extensive storage, so I've been doing basic storage, however I haven't noticed any change in my HD storage space over numerous database solves for 124 flops each time.

RE: Strategy + EV.

Sorry if I am new, but is there a function to easily visualize and compare the EVs of different lines per combo? E.G. if I am solving 4 bet sizes per street, I want to see how much EV is lost for each play, to make simplifying my strategy easier.

In PIO I can just compare Bet X size with Check or Bet Y size, and the cards will go a particular colour if the EV favours that action, or white if it is indifferent or extremely close.

This helps to simplify strategies. I can see that betting 1 size is reasonably if the solver is less than 1% difference between the sizes chosen in its mixed strat.

You can select any location that you like with "File->Save as ...".

We just feel that we should give a warning if savefiles go over 1GB.

Yes, for this just switch to the EV tab.
The EV for every action will be displayed for each combo.

As it turns out, betting 1 size is always reasonable. In GTO, any bet size will perform almost exactly the same as any other size (provided rake is 0%; with rake it becomes more complex). You can check this for yourself by building the same tree, for two different bet sizes. After that, check OOP's overall performance (his EV below the table in his very first decision). As you will notice, the overall performance will be almost exactly the same, regardless of which bet size is used. When playing perfectly, you can make any bet size work. If you're using multiple sizes, then it may appear that the solver has a preference for one of the sizes, but this is mostly just static; for a perfect player, any other size would have worked just as well.

I have processed a database and I want to save all of the trees. How should I do it? Thanks

I have read the instructions on the website about export_mydir and I am not sure how it works

To create a savefile of your database, go to "File->Save as ..." in the menu.

Hi. In playing against solution can you add more information in a window when we hover over hand history? Would be nice if we could see all the sizings and frequencies available.

I find myself constantly having to replay hands just to check frequencies especially cause solver will say my play was optimal even if action i chose is only used 0.1% of the time. Maybe also allow us to set the treshold for optimal play, for example if we put 3% when we chose action thats used less than 3% of the time it will say suboptimal.

Here is an example how it looks on a different site. Maybe you can do something like this. They also use this yellow color for actions that are used only few % of the time.

Ok, I will see if we can do anything here for future releases.
This would take up a lot of space though, so a popup may not be the most suitable medium.

Just realized in the section where you input the stack size and rake.

I usually enter the stack size in BBs, but I've been entering the rake as $ ($2) instead of BB (8BB)

How big of a difference do you think this would make?

The rake has only a small influence on the results.
So I would just enter it in BB in the future, but leave the currently solved files as they are.

I was trying to solve a 163 flops tree and GTO+ crushed on second flop twice.I was trying to mimic Poker Snowie play with 4 bets available 25,50,100,200% both for donk bet and in position after action was check. In single raised flop I know this tree will be big but it was in 4bet/ call situation with ranges with few combos. First flop was solved on seconds but crushed after second. What is the problem?

Are you using the latest version, v133? If not, then please upgrade, given that this may be a bug that's already been fixed. Otherwise, can you send a savefile to support please?

Scylla hello !.
I would like to know if it is possible to add to it by dissolving a way of choosing parts of range. that is to say .. I would like to know in which% absolute I have to bet for example TP + or
Ace High to mid pairs, selecting whatever part of the range you would like.

and this selection that is reflected in the matrix (currently you can select 1 part of the range with the right click)... maybe the solution be
add a checklist for a part of the range?

I hope it is understood

Unfortunately I don't understand.
Would it be possible to type your request in your native language, and then use google translate?

in GTO + you can only filter a part of the range at a time (example TP or MP with right click)
If I wanted to know the sum of the frequency that I have to bet for example TP +, other solvers have a check applied to be able to filter more than one part of the range. (example TP 2P and Sets) and thus also their absolute bet or check frequencies.

And inside the matrix to see the multiple selections filtered

Hey Scylla. I'm having an issue with running a database in GTO+. I've setup everything to run a sim 20 BB deep BTN vs BB and some flops didn't run for lack of memory. I tried to check them separately on a new window and I saw that I had enough memory to run them, but they won't run in the database. I also noticed that my amount of available RAM drops from 11.5 GB to 5 GB when I open this database where most of the flops didn't ran. Can you give me some help as to why this is happening? I've checked most of the flops separately and I have enough RAM to run them all with the bet sizes I set up.
