Hi, scylla. If we specify pot size and stack size in BB, then Cap must be in BB too?

Yes, that is correct.

For this:
1) Load a tree that you built previously
2) Change its ranges/board/rake/etc to whatever you like
3) Go to the tree builder, select the "Rebuild" tab and click on "Rebuild with current settings"

My english is not so good, but what I was trying to say is, I would like to add the edited tree here on the (available profiles), I edit the tree click on rebuild with the current settings, then advanced table, then edit profiles add current, but the profile that is added is not the same that I edited, the method you show works fine to edit the tree and then add some flops on the database using the same tree, but the problem is that I have to reedit it everytime I close and open the software to solve a new spot, If was possible to add the edited tree on the available profiles this could save me some time

Hi,

Is there a way to see the equity of what a certain will be once called rather than vs range at the time?

Sorry this has probably been asked multiple times but can you set up icm considerations for the hand. Like can it solve with icm alterations of being on the bubble of a 9 man sng.

It would be very hard to express custom edits in a profile, given that we don't know the motivations a user has behind removing/adding/editing actions. I really would recommend just creating a custom tree that you like and then using the "Rebuild" feature whenever you need the same tree with a different board/ranges/rake/etc.

In many cases you can just go to the next decision node for that player. I can see if more options can be added for later releases, but right at this moment, at any node, only data for the active player is displayed.

Ok, I will see what I can do for later releases.

For both GTO+ and Flopzilla - is it possible for them to remember their last screen position (using multiple monitors)?

For some reason i can't use multiple sizes anymore, only shows the default bet...as far i remember i was using this same setup and it worked, just started using the solver again since last year so i'm probably doing something wrong.

Tried to build others tree/hands and even a database calculation didn't worked, only show the default bet.

The starting pot is 40 and the effective stacks are 100, meaning that the players are very close to being all-in. Given that "With only 2 bets left get the money in smoothly" is ON, the software will take over and take care of the final two bets. To disable this, turn this option OFF.

We can look into it for later releases.

Hi Scylla, it would be really great If we wouldn't have to change the names for range 1 and 2 and other changes we did ourselves again after each update. Can you maybe change this for future releases, please?

1) Does GTO+ have it's own thread on here?

2) I'm starting to understand and use GTO+ quite a bit. I never understood how to use CREV fully. Is CREV rendered somewhat obsolete by GTO+ at this point or (as seems to be more likely the case to me from what I can read) are the both simply enhanced by the use of one another? If the latter, where can I really dig into how to properly use CREV? I've been learning a ton of things lately that I allowed myself to remain ignorant to in the past so we might as add CREV to the list.

Thanks

No, we haven't created a thread for GTO+, but any questions you have can either be directed at support via e-mail or by posting here.

GTO+ is to a large extent CREV2 and covers most of its functionality. At the very least it does happen from time to time that I need CREV myself for various purposes, but generally I would advise users to focus their efforts on GTO+. It's more compact and focussed towards a single goal, making it easier to learn, whereas CREV is more flexible and general purpose, which can make the learning curve quite steep.

This isn't really possible, given that the decision trees have been designed around the players being referred to as '1' and '2'. Larger names simply don't fit in the circles. A second reason for the choices of '1' and '2' is that numbers are universally understood in any language.

Could you port over the "sample run" feature from CREV to GTO+? I always found that very useful for getting a feel of how the equilibrium plays. Also with the same CREV ability to have it run only a certain part of the game tree would be nice.

Hi scylla,

Is there a way to see how often the IP player will bet the turn after the OOP checks, depending on the turn card? A similar feature as piosolver's runout analysis?
I can see the turn report, but it only shows the strategy of the OOP player. Not the IP player.

Secondly, is there a feature to show the EV matrix of a range, similar to this:
https://pasteboard.co/I3fiQU5.png

Third, can you make a color scheme option so we can tweak the colors for check / bet small / bet big / etc... ? Of course this is just an extra suggestion.

Thanks!

@scylla: Thank you so much for your answers and your time. GTO+ is beautiful. What about Flopzilla? Is that much like CREV now and a little obsolete or do you recommend using FZ and GTO+ in conjunction with one another?

Thanks again

Im using the default solve to within 0.5% which according to the solver it gets to in about 10 seconds, but then just keeps going for around 3 minutes and solves to something like .00001% Is it really only reaching 0.5 at that point, why is it not stopping sooner?

I tried stopping it after like 30 seconds and compare results to letting it stop itself and some hands are pretty different like betting 47% of range compared to 57%. Are these seemingly large differences actually inconsequential to the ev? Just confused why its solving so close to nash and can I stop it when it shows 0.5 or let it stop itself.

Hey Scylla,

what I meant was that the updater overwrites the edited file every time. It would be awesome if my changes could remain.

Cheers

Flopzilla and GTO+ focus on different aspects, and are independent of one another.

Do you perhaps have Holdem Manager open?
In some cases it can steal focus where it comes to the F9 key.
I will make some changes to the upcoming update so that Ctrl+F9 or Alt+F9 also works.
By doing so, we should be able to create a workaround for those who experience this issue.
