I believe something isn't getting sorted out correctly in the formatting. I have also tried using the rangeconverter.com formatter, and there are issues, as well.
Ok, I'll take a look at it and if necessary, will post an update later today.

A couple of questions for you regarding GTO+

1.Can I import ranges from Equilab? If not directly, is there a workaround to it? I would hate to have to manually input everything.

2.Where are the different flops you can pick stored? How can I edit that file to put in my own 25-30 types of flops instead of having to use the random flop generator?

Thanks a bunch, have a nice day.
1) I don't immediately have equilab on this computer. Can you please remind me of which format they use? I expect to post a small update later today, so I may be able to squeeze that in if I know which format to look for. I could check for myself on a different computer, but there's always the small chance that you're referring to some slightly different format than the one I'm looking at.

2) In the /flops subdirectory. You can store files from a current database to that directory with "Export flops to file" and load them at a later point with "Import flops from file".

I don't have a purchased license of Simple Postflop but one feature I like when I see instructors use SP is that it shows both players' EV before any betting (and after a specific bet as well). This feature would be great if you can add it.

Hi again,

1) equilab ranges use .hr format. I opened one in notepad and it looks like this

2) Figured it out, thank you.

We already import strings of this format.
Can you give an example of a range that doesn't work for you?

so I created a newdefs2.txt file in the same folder as newdefs3 is.
I copy pasted everything from the equilab ranges .hr file
went to setting, ticked import from newdefs2.txt and I get a "Failed to import ranges" error

upon inspecting the newdefs3.txt file, it looks like this to me

there are spaces between characters and that weird stuff at the beginning

Awesome, thanks. Is there a way we could import an entire tree of pio ranges into GTO+? I could send you a sample tree if that would help.

What I meant was that we can import range strings from equilab. There's some minor differences in syntax, but we have adapted the code to account for this. We however do not offer an automated way for importing files from their format.

No, it's just not possible for us to offer all sorts of imports for files by third parties. We offer an exchange from Flopzilla to GTO+, but this is because both softwares are under our control. We have no control over what other products may decide to do. Even large products like Microsoft Word don't support importing/converting from third party formats. It works fine for a few months, after which the third party may decide to make some change, undoing all previous work and creating all sorts of technical issues. It's a situation that I'd like to avoid.

Let me check if i understand about locking in tree. if GTO+ offer solution let say to bet flop 55% and check 45%. if i lock bet let say for 100%, gto+ is going to bet in that spot 100% even if in tree says 55%

Yes, and the solver will develop a counter strategy to your lock, to maximize EV.

Hello, in GTO+ it displays the number of combos in certain range in different categories(sets, two pairs, overpairs, air, A high etc.)

Is there a way to see the percentage of each category (as opposed to number of combos)?

For this, go to the "Percentages" tab.

How i can import flops from excel to gto+. I have some specific flops that i want gto+ to solve, but it is pain in ass to enter all flops manually.

Is there any way to lock a certain action for all trees in a database? I want a database where IP cbets 100% on all the flops. Can that be done without manually locking each flop?

Bring up the tree and delete the 'check' option from it.

Thanks for responding. Wouldn't that need to be done tree-by-tree also? I can't find a way to edit the tree options for more than one flop at a time while in the database.

Create whichever tree that you like.
After that create the database from that tree.

GTO+ can save/load lists of flops to/from a file. To save all trees in a database to a file, click on "Export flops to file". To load the same list of trees at a later point for a database, click on "Import flops from file". You can also use this system to import a list of flops from, for example, excel. For this, create a .txt file in the directory ./flops/ with the list of flops in it. After that, click on "Import flops from file".

I want to node lock some turn play. So I will need to select a card, node lock, and then run the solver again. In order to do this, do I need to use at least medium storage for the save file?

No, that's not necessary.
Locked decisions will also be retained with basic storage.

Hello Scylla.
Will the new update have ability to calculate preflop?

Love the software and have been using it a ton. I wanted to leave some constructive feedback on some potential quality of life improvements

The first thing is flipping these two frames when viewing your DB, I find it a bit annoying that when i mouse across to grab a flop it scrolls through the list as the mouse goes over the dot matrix then my texture list starts at the bottom. Flipping these panels should sort that out

when clicking the bet size, call, or fold tabs it would be nice to be able to lock the hand types as when viewing the entire decision tab

(add the right click lock for each of the strategy tabs rather then just the overview)

I would also very much love to have a syntax search ability, something like this:

something like this would be great to quickly view how blockers are playing and navigate through hands with more control

would be great if we could save and load this data, Then I can have some profiles for single raised pots, 3bp oop, 3bp ip , different rake, or a list of SPRs I often run

Then just dreaming here, but having the option to create a tree from a HH would be amazing also. To have my 5 hands marked from a session and paste them someway into the tree builder and have it at out the flop pot size, stacks left and maybe some options to match sizings used in the HH or use your own sizings. Im thinking of have a workflow like end session > view marked hands> copy > paste > save to run later > copy > paste > save to run later > copy > paste > save to run later then I can batch run my review sims nice and easy

Keep up the great work, love the software and look forward to seeing every update you guys put out
