[GTO] GTO+/CardRunnersEV?

Hey guys, I am confused. 
Please look at the following screenshot:
As you can see, SB is betting close to pot and BB is folding 49.7%. When he is calling he has one pair+ (the board is 8426T, so non-paired!).
Now, see what happens to SB's bluffs:
How can SB have such a significant negative EV - where the EV should in fact be slightly positive*? Any explanation for that? Is it too late - and I just don't see the obvious?
* EV (bluff) = (1024+988)*49.7% - 988 = +11.96

This is actually due to card removal.
The calling frequency of BB of 50.3% is measured versus SB's entire betting range.
However, due to card removal, versus just QJ, the calling frequencies will be different.
See the screenshot below of where SB only bets QJ.
The calling frequency has now become 58%.
And with this new calling frequency the math will check out:
* EV (bluff) = (1024+988)*42% - 988 = -142.96
The small difference with the results in CREV is due to rounding in the 42% value.
PS: I have tried to respond to your mail, but received an error back that "There's a problem with the recipient's mailbox".

Another question, then. Is there a probability of GTO+ being compatible with Simple GTO trainer?
Right now it's compatible with PIO and Simple GTO, and in order to create custom games you need to make solutions in this software. It would be awesome to have opportunity to download created solutions from CREV.
