For some reason ever since 7/28 when I download all of my bovada hands only the hold em hands are downloaded to my computer.Before this everything
downloaded flawlessly, and initially i thought there was something wrong with either PT or the Bovada hand grabber, but when i check the bovada hand history file on my computer nothing is there for plo hands. I can manually open the plo files individually from bovadas software but that doesnt really help me as far as getting them into PT.

Bovadas customer service is always good for a laugh but never helpful especially with technical issues, so I'm just wondering if anyone has had any similar problems and if so how you fix it.
