CONVERTER BetOnline Poker Card Catcher HUD - Page 9 - Poker Software -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

The first two days this thing worked fine. The third day it clogged up the server. The next day I tried it again and the HUD didn't even work. Also if I have 4 tables open sometimes it will work for the first two, but the other two it moves all the HUD displays to one location and I have to move each one to their correct locations individually. Other times they didn't even display at all. Sometimes it crashes also. Too much work for my computer I guess.

BOL issued an update the other day, so that's why it doesn't work. Perhaps you missed the text in the previous post. We have an update ready that will be up here soon. As far as crashing though, the product doesn't crash. It has had conflict issues with table tamer and another macro program (forget which one). It's not because of how we're addressing access points, so not much we can do. You just can't run those at the same time w/ the BOL catcher.

I updated the Card Catcher today and after updating, whenever I open the Card Catcher with BetOnline, BetOnline crashes immediately.

You sure you have v1.9 installed? I'd re-install once and make sure everything is updated. You shouldn't have any issues after this update. Do you have some other 3rd party tool running as well?

Do you know if this is conflict is something that would effect Catcher+PlaceMint, or only Catcher+Table Tamer? My client has been crashing about once every 2 hours for the last week, and lagging / showing less than 5% connection in the lobby constantly. I haven't been able to isolate the issue yet, was thinking Chico was just struggling. Will try to play with only the Catcher + client today.

Also, I'm running Windows 7 on this particular system, shouldn't be an issue right?

With their latest update there's an issue with free rolls. Something that we're addressing. But it should work fine otherwise. Is it working on cash games, but not tournaments for you?

Actually, no it's not working for cash games either. And though I see the catcher is getting hands, they're not being imported into PT4 as far as I can tell.

What I meant to say is that the HUD is working fine for cash games and importing hands, but not for the tournament, as far as I can tell

It's $40 to add tournaments to the card catcher. You just purchase and then register your serial in the catcher main interface.

I noticed that the software wasn't catching the new tables when I would get moved in the MTTs and that some and sometimes the HUD would not update. Any ideas?

Furthermore, PT is now not reporting my cashes in these tournaments. It shows I have no cashes, though I cashed in 2 out of 4 that I played, though it did catch the hands I busted on, and I'm not completely sure it tallied up the entire amount of add-ons/rebuys I made.

It' never reported cases in MTT's. Most sites don't support this function. You have to manually edit and add your results.

Click on settings in the catcher, and click create log. Attach the created log file and send it to support and they can look at what's going on.

And yes... BOL did an update today that broke the catcher and drivehud. We are working on an update to address this and will have an auto update for it soon.

Not sure why they keep issuing these major updates like this. It's very unusual.
