So the betonline card catcher license server is back online. The only bad news is this is the only product that the license keys became invalid on. So if you already have a license, you'll need to download and install the latest version from the link below:

Will hands that are caught with the catcher only be displayed in PT4 while they're being caught? As in, I've already caught several thousand hands that I was able to analyze. Will I be able to access them again while not actively catching?

If you mean can you do post analysis, yes. I will run your HUD, but all of your stats are saved and you can review them, run filters, graphs, etc... You just need to make sure to set you target or primary player ID in PT to what name you have set in the catcher settings. It defaults to hero, but you can change this to match your site username.

Try using 'treat as x-max" on the pulldown menu on each table for whatever table size your playing, then moving HUD and lock and saving it works for me

I cannot find where BetOnline saves our Hand Histories locally. When I go to my "History" within the client, it seems everything is saved server side. Can somebody inform me where I should be pointing the catcher, in order for me to be able to run the HUD on BetOnline? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I've been having all kinds of trouble posting HH from PT4 to forums. it won't show hero/villain, hole cards, shows stats for everyone but hero, and more. I have mask player names and show hole cards both checked. Do I need to specify Hero or my player name when catching?

Make sure your hero name in settings is set for the same player name you're using on chico network. It defaults to hero for observational purposes. We're going to change this as an option setting, but the best solution is just enter your name into the settings.

I've been using the free trial without issue with PT4 with one exception.

The HUD is not recognized who is the HERO, so my HUD stats are showing as "lifetime stats" not session stats. I confirmed this by trying to disable HERO stats and they still show up in the HUD. PT4 support said they cant help because its 3rd party, some how the hands arent' reading who (me in this case) is being "Dealt to..." cards.

Session stats for HERO on PT4 are default, and I would like to see mine each session on each table to see how villians are perceiving my play in that moment of time. Lifetime stats at the table are useless, and I cant get rid of the extra clutter Hero HUD.
Anyway you can fix this?

PS. This might also be the reason I get my HUD to align properly tho too. So don't break that! If I had to choose, I would way rather have the HUD line up than see my session stats.

Go to settings in the catcher, and change the default username to your betonline user name. It should correct this issue for you.

Ah, ok. We'll fix this next build. We're changing it so HM2 will auto launch the HUD and we'll have it auto put in the username and have observable data as an option in this next build. I'm hoping it will be up tomorrow and I'll post it in here.

No, those statements were two separate things. The special character issue for HERO will be fixed for HM and PT.

I don't have any notes on this from the developers. I'll have to ask tomorrow. Can you PM me your username also that has the special characters? I'll check with them and get back to you.

And... BOL just updated their client a couple of hours ago. We already have a fix in place, and we're finishing some testings. I'll have a fix build up for it soon.
