Not sure if it's broken or not, but this morning BOL seemed to add a change to their software, removing wait lists for cash tables. The BOL card catcher seems to be crashing the site, as when it's running, BOL won't open a table and crashes, but when I turn it off, BOL runs just fine.

Yup.... they updated this morning. We're taking a look at it, and working on a fix update. No ETA right now, we're just starting to look at it. I don't think it will be long though.

This should resolve the issue with chico networks software lobby update. It should also come up as an auto update for you, but if not, you can download above.

I'm currently running Windows 10 with the Trial Version of the catcher. I was planning on buying until this occurred today:

After the update, when I run the catcher, and start catching, when I open a table the BOL client crashes immediately. As soon as I stop catching and open a BOL table the issue does not come up. I'm currently also using HM2

Is the new version working with PT4 as far as HUD alignment when being auto sat at the bottom center from a waitlist?

That is my preferred seat anyways. So if I can seat select first sitting at a non full table I click and move there. Will HUD line up for me then too?

If so, what settings do I use on the PT4 site config, and card catcher preferred seating identity number?

No, Betonline does not support preferred seating anymore w/ their new update. The poker client has to support this for it to work.

I'm considering buying your product, but it won't be a few weeks before I get it, if I do. If I save my HH from Betonline, in the interim, will I be able to import them when I install your software, or does it only collect hands while you're actively playing? Thanks.

I got update 1.01.1 and now it keeps crashing whenever a hand it completed. It seems to be an issue that once it tries to ingest the hand it just auto crashes. Didn't have the problem previously.

Never mind, your support team resolved it. Huge thanks to them.

I think it gets set in the 1 seat up top in waitlist. The HUD will align where you are. You can use the trial and see how it functions.

Your website says that with HM2 you have to manually attach HUDS to tables, but you don't with PT4.

I' m using my last month of KingsHand Chico converter, and the HUD attaches on its own. I was thinking about switching to your converter, but if you have to attach HUD manually with HM2 that's a deal breaker for me.

I am using your free trial along with the free trial of PT4. When trying to "view today's hands" in PT4, are we only able to use the "Get Hands While Playing" option, or is there a way to import as well?

edit: sorry, I notice you have a hand converter for Bovada, whereas you must use the catcher for Betonline. Do you have plans for a converter for the hands for Betonline in the future?
