We had an issue when we updated PT4, it was an easy fix though. you just need to setup the card catcher again for PT4 and it worked. Just want to tell you just in case some else is having the same problem.

Renewal page was changed a couple of weeks ago. Looks like your browser is still caching it. You can contact support and they can send you the new link or you can clear your browser cache and try again.

Hey I am having an issue where when a BOL table gets moved using the Tile Tables or Cascade hotkey inside BOL focus gets lost from the table while running BOL card catcher. In other words, the border that is focused around the BOL table is removed and hotkeys wont work on the table anymore until I reselect the table which is an annoyance.

It seems that BOL Card catcher is doing something when a focused window is moved to remove focus. Please let me know how this could be fixed! Thanks!

I have question about my opponents stats, do they merge with hands captured with a different database?
I mean, for example. I'm using DH and a played with this a specific player then some one else played with that player using PT4. If i import the PT4 HH to my DH or vise versa, will the player stat merge or be considered different players?

You'd need the BOL card catcher if you want to play on BOL + database software. Or you can also use Drivehud which supports BOL natively.

Yeah, yw... and if you're trying it for the first time, I'd recommend trying Drivehud 2 since that's what will be mainly used going forward and it's still a free public beta right now.
