So I just switched over to HEM 3 and I set up my database for Chico as suggested but I don’t have stats on anyone since I was using iPoker before with HEM2 so none of the HHs moved over. I never had any problems collecting HHs on run it twice tables previously. Is this an HEM3 specific issue? Also, is there some way to change over all the iPoker HHs to Chico in my HEM database?

Yes, I don't think the RIT is supported still in hm3. You'd have to check with them, but that's the last I've known.

As far as chico and ipoker. If you're switching, then I'd just set it up as ipoker again so you have all the same data. Otherwise you won't be able to combine the old data. Setting up w/ chico is basically if you're newly starting to collect hands.

I have PT4 and chico setup. I often leave my computer open all night with PT4 still in the 'Get hands while playing' mode and the card catcher in active mode as well. When I come back the day after to play I need to push the 'stop catching' button and then 'start catching' for the hands to start showing up in my PT4.

Is this normal and is there a way around this? If I only take a short break in a session I don't need to do that when I come back so I am not sure what is causing this issue.

I believe BOL resets your connection on their server side at that point, so that why you need to re-start the catching in essence. They added this a few months back and there's no way around it unfortunately.

The network is not avaliable for my country anymore so just want to make sure there is no auto-renewal with the card catcher, and if there is if you could please tell me where to cancel it.

I've been having a frequent reoccurring issue recently with BetOnline.

I'm playing on the following networks: Stars, 888, Chico, WPN, and GGPoker

using the following software: Pt4, starscaption, 888caption, betonline cardcatcher, WPN toolslite, and STackandTile.

Usually at some point midway through a session a BetOnline table will turn black and I can vaguely see the table outline, etc through the blackness. However it will just crash at that point and BetOnline disappears from my taskbar and is no longer running in the task manager. I have to re-open, re-login etc and then close the card catcher and restart it to get everything working again.

Any idea what might be causing this issue? I just assume it's an issue being caused between betonline and Pt4/cardcatcher's interaction.

There's no auto renewal for any of our products.

What country are you in? You can likely play on one of the affiliate chico networks.

That sounds like a good assumption. Yeah, no... I've never even heard of what you're describing before and we use the same catching process in Drivehud as well and we've never had any issues. I'm guessing you're assuming it's the catcher because you think it's pulling data off your screen, but it's not. That's not how the catcher works, and it doesn't use any video resources other than for the start/stop display.

It sounds like a video memory resource issue, and I'd be more suspect about the utilities you're using that use those resources. I really can't say for sure the cause because I have no logs or real data, but play some sessions maybe with just your database and the catcher and see if it ever happens. Keep your system running as clean as possible as well by closing out unneeded background apps.

My issue has continued although infrequent it happened again today.

It happened exactly at 14:27 so it's possible to focus our attention at that time period in the log files. I'm going to send you the BetOnline logs and maybe you can figure it out. I'll try and locate the BetOnline Card Catcher logs and if I had logging enabled PT4 log as well.

I'm going to send them to whatever email support link you have on the .com website.

Could you please look at them and see if you can locate the issue? I'd appreciate it.

If you could provide me an email to send the logs to in PM it would be appreciated as I attempted to upload them on the website drop down support menu and was unsuccessful.

I have all logs in a zip which include:

BetOnline logs for the session in question which crashed at 14:27
PokerStars logs for the entire session
BetOnline CardCatcher log file which appears blank and only 1KB for the session

I saw your logs this morning. You didn't send the catcher logs. It's your graphics card that causing the issue. I told them to let you know to update your graphics driver. It doesn't have to do w/ the catcher. It can't cause a crash like that.

I am using Ace Poker Solutions. I believe i've set up everything correctly.





At the start HUD was working on all Chico tables, but once I was changed to other table at MTT all HUD stopped working. While continuing playing saw in HM3 Live Play tab that all hands are being imported.



Tried to restart Chico table many times, tried to restart HM3 on break and nothing helped.
As all hands were being imported to HM3 i believe it should be HM3 fault that no HUD is showing on tables?
Where is Table Finder for HM3?

Will also send to Ace Poker Solutions as you suggested.

It's hard to say exactly whether it's HM or the catcher, as I'd have to see a log. I can't even see the version of the catcher you have. The quickest way to figure it out is click on settings in the catcher, click create log and send that .zip file to support. We'll be able to see what the issue is from there.

Maybe You know some contact for somebody in Chico support who is responsible for 3rd party software?



Currently talking with WPN Tools developer and he is interested to make soft for Chico but he want to clear up everything what is allowed and what is not before making new soft. Stack to BB etc, basically replacement for Table Tamer functions as TT owner has gone offline for long time and there is no updates anymore.

In their website they say converters are prohibited lol. No wonder software developers are not keen to make new soft.

Not sure what your post is about. Are you asking a question? BOL allows HUDs. This has been discussed ad nauseam on here. They have a support rep on 2+2. You can ask them directly if you doubt this.
