We reinstalled both PT4 and the card catcher with a new installer and that seems to fix it. it working now. Is there a way to get the hands that wasn't captured by the card catcher?

- Fixed the issue when HM2 rarely missed some hands

For HM3 i only have one HUD stat box showing up at my 6 max table.. and its not mine.. i have set all p[referred seating too

when looking in the re player all the HUDS show up for everyone in the correct spot weird

Ok, I'm not sure how to respond exactly. Are you trying to say that you're not getting a live HUD on everyone using HM3? Did you configure the site settings for chico network or ipoker? What version of the catcher are you using? I need a lot more info and some questions from you in order to assist.

I'm using the cardcatcher for a few weeks now and it works mostly fine for HM3. The only problem I have, is that the hud doesn't update automatically, once I get moved to another table. I have to press stop/start catching to make it work. Is that a common issue with HM3 or is that a problem on my end ?

Is there a way to use this program to import the hands after I played them when I wasn't using the card catcher?

Or does it only import the hands in real time? If so, that's really annoying. I need a hand history converter because it doesn't work with PT4.

Yes, we've been looking into this, but if you can send a log it's always helpful. It keeps your most recent tournaments in the logs, so you'd just need to click settings in the catcher, click create log. It will create a zip of logs from your last few tournaments.

No reports of this. Make sure you have the latest version of both your database and the catcher.

Ok, and can you confirm your version. I've no reports to support about this. I'd assume we'd have tons, and nothing has changed on BOL's end. The only thing that has changed is how PT/HM are recording these hands. So you might need to update your database... that's the most likely culprit if you're seeing this issue. Let me know though and we'll definitely check into it more.

I'm using drivehud now, except I was using this card catcher before. So all the hands got created their own raw hand history. When I try to import these generic raw hand histories into drivehud, they won't go. How do I import them?

Haven't played in awhile, trying to play the main and the HUD has reset and only shows 6 out of 9 players. I updated everything and rebooted prior to starting.

pt4 v4.15.21
bol cc v1.04.8

Any ideas?

There's no "treat as option" in pt4 either so idk what to do. 3 players stats start way off table.
