Yes, correct. Go to settings in the catcher, and enter your BOL Player ID.

My Betonline card catcher is not working.

When I check the Card Catcher's Hand histories. Nothing there. I did everything on the manual. But no luck.

Database for PT4.
Set : Hero name

It seems it's not grabbing hands imo.

When you run it, do you have a HUD on your tables?

It's 100% of the time one of these two things:

1) The hand history auto import folder in PT4 isn't set correctly. The catcher will set this for you, but if you had PT4 open when you installed, it can't do this (there's warnings about this).

2) It's working correctly and importing, but you didn't set your player ID to your BOL ID in PT4 (it's at the up left and explains in the manual and setup video). <--- this tends to be the problem 90% of the time.

Is there a way to reinstall it? No hud on the table. Pt4 is not importing also.

I already set my player ID. But nothing happens.

And... you can't track in the web version of the program. That's probably what's going on. You need the desktop version of the poker client in order to run a HUD and track.

You'd need to point Drivehud to those databases hand archive folder, or export them from your database, and then import them into Drivehud. Hand archive folder location is shown if you click on any site and import settings in either database.

If you're moving hands to other people, then you should just export and zip them and they can unzip and import. It will be much easier.

Am having trouble figuring out how to upload all my hands from before getting card catcher into pt4 from bol. Once i got card catcher it just picks up hands from that point forward but not all the hands ive already played. Are we able to upload them to pt4?

One other question. I have CC on both my main desktop and my laptop. How can i get the HH from CC/PT4 on my laptop to my desktop. Sorry if these are tech noob questions but im not the best at things like this. thanks

It doesn't seem to be tracking Boost hands correctly. It only tracks the hands that i play till the end of the hand. any hands i fast fold aren't being recorded. Am I doing something incorrectly? It states "no winner of hand found" or "invalid rake in hand".
