Yes, I assume so at least. I wasn't even aware this was removed until you said this. We did have it prior to the update, so I will have to speak to the developers on why this isn't present in this build.

I attempted to use this for the first time yesterday and it was tracking hands, but running the catcher made chico's software pretty much unplayable with lag. I wasn't able to really troubleshoot it too much because I was playing a lot of tables so I just closed it and the lag went away. Are there any known issues like this and if so, anything I can try to fix it?

I have no way to reset the trial for this product. If there's another system you can run it on you can try it there. But unfortunately chico changed their whole software, and we had to do an update patch for it.

I've run 16 tables with it w/ no LAG. The catcher takes up very little memory. Maybe try turning off hand and card animations also in the client, as well as logging in the catcher as well if you have it set in settings. Free up some other resources as you can. Turn off We'll do some more stress testing today, but I haven't seen any lag honestly.

The catcher takes up very little resources. It's not because of the catcher. When you stop the catcher, it turns off and stops your HUD also. If you're having any lag it's going to be because of graphic memory or physical memory w/ your database client. I'll post a screenshot of the common resourced used with the catcher. We re-wrote the entire code and made it very very low on resources < 20mbs.

It was removed because this first version of the chico update does not support preferred seating. It doesn't matter what the database can or can't do it the client does not support it. You can contact them and request it. I'm sure if more people let them know it's an important option they will add it in near future updates.

No problem I talked to support and they said they don't plan on adding it so that kind of sucks but ill deal haha. Is there a way to add auto timebank for BetOnline like the Bovada card catcher has?

As a test, I played with it today without the hud going and it seemed to work fine while I only had 5-6 tables up, but then as i had more games going, it started lagging the tables again. I also use TableTamer when I play and I'm leaning towards there being some sort of conflict between the catcher and TT because of the way my tables start to act. They pop in and out of place unusually and become unresponsive to my actions.

Doubt there's much you can do to address that, but figured I'd let you know what I think the cause is.

At mtts all is working fine until Betonline moves you to another table. After that you have to use table finder to get the hud for the new table, but that only stays on for like 5 seconds and reverts himself to the hud from the table you war moved from. When you have 10 mtts open this is very bad. Hope you can fix this.

I spoke to them yesterday as well. They said it didn't exist. But they are clearly looking to improve their poker presence in the market, and that being the case I think they would be open to listening to what their customers want. So as long as more people contact them, I'm sure eventually they will add it in. It's a pretty common feature if you can mass multi-table a site.

I have a lot of people have issues once TT is active and running. Maybe try it w/o that running and PT4. I won't say much, but you should look at your active resources also w/ those running. It will be telling what is causing the bog down on your system. Catcher is less than 20MBs, and does not eat memory or CPU resources. It's very leanly coded.

It's because the table buy-in amount wasn't being grabbed all of the time. Complicated to explain why, but we have a fix for it. I'm going to be posting it here in a few minutes.

After update to v.1008 the card Cather shoes that is caching cards but in active session on Hm2 i have this message: No open tables detected, and the table finder button is inactive. Hope you make it work until my trial expires.

Well it started detecting the tables after some 10 minutes.

Ran a test with a bunch of cash games (normally play sngs) and without TT running catcher was working just fine. Tracked all the tables and hands quickly and it was very efficient resource wise like you said. With TT running, I didn't experience any lag this time either, but it's still unplayable because something happens with TT when the catcher is running that messes with the layout manager. So tables just constantly pop up over the currently urgent focused table causing misclicks

Pretty unfortunate because I like your product much better than the alternatives out there, but I can't play without TT haha.

Mmmm... if you come in the middle of a hand, it can't grab that, but the very first full hand it will start grabbing.

How do we get the hud to pop up in the correct place on HM2. I play 6max and full ring simultaneously 12 tables? Is there anyway to have them all pop up automatically?

Hm2 you need to add them one at a time. There's really no other way to do it. You only have to place them once, but yeah, it's an extra step I wish didn't exist. PT4, they will all just come up at the same time.

Once a session or once for life? And is there a way to have the hud pop up in the correct seat?

In HM2, you have to add the HUD to the table each session, but the stat positioning will be saved for life once you get the alignment correct.

The HH has me winning aprox $50 less than what actually got pushed to me, and the rest got attributed to rake (I chose to "hide player names" so I appear as Villain 6):



At first I thought this was happening because there was a high and low winner, but they both were the same player. The next few HHs I looked at seemed to bear that out, then I came across this one:



Notice the "rake" paid. And there wasn't even a low possible in this hand.

I know you've said in the past that your products don't work well with O8, but the point is they "almost work", and it just seems like with a little more refining of the code it could work. I hope this is something that can be fixed, because O8 is my main game and this issue is a pretty big obstacle to me buying a license.

Yes, this was corrected in the .08 release. I'd update and try that one.
