Does the cardcatcher or pt4 have mobile compatability? If not is there a way to track mobile stats/use a HUD when playing on the mobile platform? Or is the only way to track stats when playing on desktop/laptop? Thanks!

Hi again, I have a small problem, I updated my windows then when i open the card catcher it asked me to register, when i try to register my serial key didnt work. i tried reinstalling but same results. need a little help. thanks

Hello. I have played a few tourneys on BOL. And I’m looking to transition back to my HEM2 setup. I have the card-catcher installed, but when I tried to copy/paste hh files into card-catcher file, it doesn’t seem to paste over. How can I get the stats for tourneys already played to show up in my db?

If they add it, then it's up to the database you use. The catcher can support it, but if your database doesn't have support for it, then it won't matter.

Hey, just want to inform you that Betonline sent me an email saying something that they detected that I'm using prohibited software.

When i contacted and ask their support if HUDs are allow they said yes and they said they were just making sure i wasn't using a bot? and just reminding not to use one?

Yes, it appears like they send out these false flags to people. Not sure exactly why it happens, but you can see this happening in their support thread here on 2+2.

You just need to update your version. There was some temp maintenance on the update server for the BOL catcher yesterday so you likely have an old version that isn't prompting you to update. Just re-open it or go to our site to the get the latest version.

And you are loading the catcher up before your poker client? Are you sure your database isn't just archiving them? Do you have your BOL username setup as your player ID in your database?

You can always send a log, but generally the most common issue is people have their database open during setup / install and then the catcher can't modify your database config files.
