HM2 isn't loading a HUD for some reason. I had this installed before and running, and checked the tutorials, and everything seems setup ok. Should I contact support?

What version of HM2 are you running? If it's .8079 or earlier, then the HUD will not auto load. It's either that or your config isn't correct. You can try closing Hm2 and re-installing the catcher to reload the config.

I'm looking at the Betonline card catcher and also want the Ignition card catcher as well. Is the best package for this is to get the platinum combo?

If you're looking to play all game types on both sites, then yes. It's a discounted package for both sites. If you're just looking to do cash or tournaments only on both sites, they are two packages for that as well. Both are listed here in the package discount bundle area of the page:

No worries. Yw. Yeah if you're using both catcher for ignition and BOL it can get a little tricky. You can also install two versions of HM2 if that's easier. You just need to choose different install directories. This will allow you to use the known hole cards for ignition and also have it auto load the HUD for BOL and ignition.

No, it would still be one activation key for HM2.

I sent my computer for repair and they needed to reformat it.When i installed the card catcher and try to register, the serial key isnt working.. do i have to buy a new key?

Hi there,

I am a very frequent user of your software and just wanted to ask a question. Is anyone else complaining about hm2 bugging and lagging while running the card catcher? This doesn't happen every time I play but happens pretty often and the only time I have experienced it is when I am running betonline/your card catcher as well. When it happens my hud on betonline doesn't update. I also have a high-end pc which is more than capable.

My solution is to close hem2 manually through task manager and then reopen, which usually results in it working fine. I play mainly SNG at high volume on betonline with the odd MTT. Anyone else experiencing or report this?

Forgot to reply, I have it working now. Got my serial key from the confirmation email, tried using it to register and it was not working so i email support and then reset my license using the reset link in your auto reply. After resetting, it register again.

so I started playing on SportsBetting after playing on BetOnline for awhile... It seems the card catcher is getting everything except MY stats. Everyone has a hud display except for me. Also when I stop PT4, I can't find the stats from the session. Any ideas?
