Thanks for the reply, but that alpha version unfortunately does not seem to resolve the importing problem. I created a new db in PT4 (the alpha version) and tried to import the same hand history files, but the same hands turned out missing with the same error messages shown. I guess PT4 just does not expect special chars like colons in player names, but BOL is apparently quite permissive on that. Perhaps no one else has noticed the same problem since special chars in names are rare in the first place.

One simple workaround is to replace all occurrences of the player name in the hh files and re-import them, but if PT4 does not overwrite duplicate hands one has to purge the sessions, which can be troublesome (and there are notes). I wish there is a better solution, e.g. (a) requesting PT4 to support special chars in names, or (b) allowing BOL card catcher to auto replace specific chars (perhaps as a user option). Thoughts?

Yeah, it's the special characters. It's strange because I know we addressed this with the catcher, but it must have been on ignition. Can you send support one of those hands that you're having the issue with please? I will have a developer look into it and address it. ty.

The file contains only one hand because I manually removed all other hands from that session for simplicity. To reproduce the issue, simply try importing the file into PT4 (an error). Then, remove the colons in all player names and try again (it works now). Also, we are talking about the BOL card catcher instead of Ignition.

You can try the trial of Drivehud and just compare them. Drivehud will be a bit easier to use since it's all integrated. Every system is different, so even if someone gives you an opinion on this, it still might not be the best fit for your system spec.

It's not designed for it, but it can. I know customers who use it w/ it, but it's designed and supported for HM2 / PT4.

Hey BOL has a new tournament schedule and my HUD won't pop up on daily dozen and mini daily dozen tournament tables, but any other tournament works just fine. The hands filter into my PT4 as they normally do but they HUD just won't pop up on the tables.

hello, I just downloaded the trial version and set it up with pokertracker 4. the hud works fine now.

I'm new to the chico network and played a session this morning before I even downloaded & installed your software.
the handhistories from this very session are stored in the tigergaming history database. is there a way to export and convert them so that I can import them into my pokertracker 4 database? I would like to have these handhistories in my lifetime database.

Hi again. having a little problem. I transferred my HM2 to another PC because this one already has drivehud which there is no point having two database on one system. When i try to activate my betonline card catcher it wont activate when using the serial key. any advice on this please.

Has anyone had problems renewing their license? It says my license has expired and gives me a button to click to renew but it just brings me to an empty shopping cart on the APS website.

I've contacted support but I'm not sure if I'll get a response on the weekend.
