Obviously just ignore the hero HUD. I'd need to see a log of yours to know why it's coming up on some tables even though you have it disabled. The product isn't a converter though, we're capturing data in real time and generating hand histories because Chico/BOL does not provide hand histories to users.

Correct. FF is not supported. It's likely not going to be except for stat tracking.

I'm sure your crew is busy as you mentioned, just wondering if you're any closer to resolving this? I wouldn't mind being able to add Stars back into my rotation, this super old HEM version doesn't work with Stars.

after i emailed you; i got two automatic solution ideas, which do not work aswell. When i try to do this:" I need my license reset - software is saying that it cannot activate. Click here to reset your license."

on the website after i typed in my serial, it shows me just a white page with "Failed" on it. I didnt receive any answer yet.

Server was down for 2 hours early this morning without us knowing it. Server company did an update. We always inform people if there's some known maintenance, but these very rarely happen.

Also can the same licence be used on my other devices. ie. my home computer, laptop and work computer? edit I notice in subscription that it can be used on 2 devices

Yes, it works on all of those skins. 1 license is good for activation on 2 systems.

No, not at this time. But I'd highly recommend just investing in parallels or something if you have a mac. That way you'll never be limited by any software platform again. Windows actually runs a bit better on most systems through parallels.

I'd recommend checking it out. Not just for this product. I believe there's a trial for it so you can at least try it and see if it's a good fit.

why not add support for fast fold tables? kind of pointless for me to buy the cash version if it doesnt support all tables lol

Because they were recently added, and adding support for fast fold is developmentally very expensive. The price of the product would need to double. Right now, very few people are on those tables.

Are you aware of any issues with Chico? They've made several recent updates.

I'm so confused right now, because it seemed like BOL card catcher (when run with Table Tamer) was causing the site to crash, but now I can't re-create the issue.

TT is known to cause the site to crash after the site updates, but it was fixed after the update on Mon/Tue, and I used TT with BOL for several hours tonight WITHOUT the card catcher, and it worked perfectly. Then I open up the card catcher with BOL and TT running, and the site crashes. I try it again, closing out everything, opening up BOL, then TT, then card catcher, crashes again. So I go to test it the other way, closing everything, opening up BOL, then the card catcher, then PT4, then TT, and it doesn't crash.
And now I can't get it to crash again no matter what I try, even if I go back to the sequence that caused it to crash initially.

The "crash" I'm talking about is like about 2 seconds after clicking "start catching" on the card catcher, the entire site simply closed out, as if I had clicked to shut it down.
This is exactly the same "crash" that BOL experiences with TT (after BOL has updated and before TT has updated). But like I said I've not had any issues with TT since they updated (after the BOL update).
Is it possible that the source of the actual crash is TT but somehow the card catcher triggers this to happen when the two programs are running simultaneously?

The short answer to your last question is Yes. And that's very likely the cause.

The catcher won't have issues w/ most updates from Chico, and it's working fine. It's only when they do a major update, change their lobby, things like that. But for most minor updates, the catcher isn't effected, and it's working fine.

But to test this, all you need to do is just run the catcher and BOL and observe a table w/o TT running.

Is there a card catcher/converter for sportsbetting.ag? I'm thinking about depositing my roll on there (diff skin but same network as BOL), but not sure if i will be able to track my hh there?
