I was the one who emailed about the BetOnline players showing up on SNG tables of my other poker sites resulting in my HUD (HEM2) not working on those sites. This had been been happening with WPN and stars. Is this update for S&G addressing that?

Hey idk if this is the right place to ask this but is there any possible way to get hh back that did not register through pt4, like say i lost a stack and rage quit all my tables (happens to me a lot) and then when i go into pt4 it doesn't show a loss of 1 BI coz it didn't register quick enough.

No, not that I'm aware of. The card catcher and table have to be running to complete the whole hand. If either are turned off before the hand is over, the hand is gone. BOL doesn't provide hand histories.

I've already reported this quite some time ago and for some reason support through email stopped responding to me and never fixed it. I didn't really understand the issue myself when I reported it but I do now.

The card catcher hud will treat 10man and 8man tables like 9man the same for HEM2. This means that if you move an individual player on a 9man table, it will do the same on the 8man table and make people in the wrong order. If you want to create this problem just open a cash table and a double or nothing SNG at the same time and you will see what I mean.

Some of the tournaments seat 10 people per table as well and this problem exists here too. As a player who plays multiple formats I'm sure you can understand why this is annoying.

I don't know if this was actually fixed. I rolled back to an old version of HEM (2.0.0.8445) after I updated the card catcher. I assumed it was the update that fixed it but haven't confirmed.

Check your spam on response tickets. Support doesn't let things go unanswered. They have to answer tickets that are in the system.

But as far as this specific issue, I'll have to check into it. I don't see it in release notes.

On some tables, if they are short, it might take 1-2 hands before it adjust to the correct table type, but it will.

And we will be adding support for the new S&G on there.

For some reason BOL (and the ignition) card catchers (I didn't want to clutter both threads) seem to be getting flagged and deleted by Bitdefender (my antivirus software) when they're all running together. Any ideas why this is happening? Anything I can do to stop it (short of turning my AV off)?

Other than turn it off, no. We have a virus certificate and our software is certified, so it shouldn't be flagging it. But this changes all the time.

i am testing it right now, seems to work well (trial mode). But the button for preferred seating and other buttons in the settings dont appear in the card catcher, is this because of trial? Would be very important for me if i buy it, that preferred seating works for me

We don't sell anything that's not permitted.

And yes, it works w/ the latest version and there's a free fully functional trial so you can try it first.

Preferred seating is not an option anymore w/ Chico network. It was removed several months back by their software.

I can confirm that this issue is not resolved. I was forced to update HEM2 again and this started happening just like it did before. For whatever reason it doesn't happen on HEM2 (2.0.0.8445), but it's the same on all the newer releases. This is a really critical issue and needs to be fixed, I'm assuming the card catcher has a way to eliminate this issue. Support, any ideas? For what it's worth I did report this to HEM2 support but they don't care. Please help!

I am using the converter since a few days, everything is working fine,... besides that I disabled the HUD for Hero (PT4), so it should only show Stats for Villain. On a few tables it doesn't appear for hero (works fine), but most of the times the HUD appears for Hero and shows some random numbers (played hands)?
This problem doenst occur for me with PT4 when not using a converter

Hm2 must have changed something again because it was working. For now use the version that is working - (2.0.0.8445). We're on a skeleton crew right now for the holidays, but I sent a message to development about looking into this.
