Searched and didn't really see any solutions to this problem but did see it mentioned at least once while searching:

BOL Card Catcher sometimes misses all-in hands. I have had at least 3 instances where I had a big all-in hand (AIPF and OTF) and went to look at PT4 at it soo afterwards and it is nowhere to be found. This is a pretty big issue because when you are missing 200bb pots your stats will not be accurate.

Anyone else having this issue, and had any luck preventing it?

A long time back after BOL's last update there was an issue here. Have you updated in a while? What version of the catcher are you currently running?

I'm using 1.02.5 which should be the most current version, correct? I have been checking very frequently now and there has actually been several hands ( all at showdown but some not all-in)that I have noticed being missed. Disappointing to say the least that there is such a high rate of hands it isn't catching - I initially thought it was an extreme rarity/isolated incident.

I can understand how BOLCC could miss a hand due to the way it captures data but it seems like something is off with tracking hands that are being shown-down.

This happened to me, as well. I noticed specifically two hands missed, (I believe both all in). Support could not find/recover them. I was advised to upgrade to version 1.02.6 and enable logs, so if it happens again, they can investigate

For me it seems the cardcatcher misses all in pots when there are more than 2 players all in. Not always, but sometimes.

Anyone else having trouble with BOL crashing today when the BOL cardcatcher is opened?

BOL must have had an update as that usually crashes the CC. Although I thought they had fixed this from happening since the last time it occurred.

Yup. BOL updated their poker client a few hours ago. We're looking into it.
Any time you see a poker client update, there's always a possibility the HUD will break. So just keep that in mind and know we issue fixes.

P.S I think i was the first one to have a problem with the Cather missing some all in hands, it still does that but like at a much lower rate from before. Some 10-15 all in hands missing in a 1000 hands session. i can live with that but i will like a fix if possibly.

Please fix this, yeah BOL client won't load as long as card catcher is open.

Still hasnt been fixed how is this possible?

I dont think you can. BOL just saves them all in one file you can only view inside the BOL client which is why we need the card catcher to get them into whatever tracker you are using.

Let's see, how is this possible? Well.... BOL / chico completely changed their command sequence. So it's not a simple fix.

The developers have been working on it, and it will come up as an auto update when it's ready.

Sometimes these fixes are a few hours. Sometimes they are not. We are doing our best.

I want a fix as much as anyone (I don't play the site at all without a HUD and neither do my horses), so I understand the frustration.

That said, it's ridiculous to direct it at Ace / Freak and ridiculous to imply they're doing anything other than crushing it with their product. They've been releasing fixes VERY quickly throughout the history of the software. The support and updates have been as good as any poker software company I've dealt with. This is an unavoidable part of the system.

Go try learning to program your own solutions for a couple hours if you want some insight into why you're being unreasonable.

When they stop making fixes a priority, I'll be right here with you complaining.

Okay I was hoping it was something with my setup that I could change. Sounds like it is a known issue unfortunately. Honestly 10-15 hands missing when they are usually the biggest hands of the session is actually a big deal. That would be 10+ buy-ins if all the hands went one way or the other.

Seems like they have great support so hopefully it is something that can be fixed. I usually 4-table when I play, I wonder if table volume has anything to do with it?

Hopefully this current problem with the new BOL update can be fixed quickly as well.

Just a quick update, we do have a fix done and we're testing. There was a lot of commands changed, so there's just a lot to test to ensure everything is being caught properly.

The last command sequencing we've seen that was this significant was when Bovada moved to anonymous tables. Not implying that is what BOL is looking to do, just that it was a lot of re-work.

Sorry it's taken a while, but trust me when I say the team has been working very hard on solutions, and the goal w/ this update is that it will minimize future issues w/ other updates. Thanks for your patience.

No... because my guesses are always wrong.

We are very very close. A lot of things to cover and test. So far so good, so if there's no more major snags it will be sometime here today.
