I'm in EST, what do I set PT4 day to start at so it reports matches my time zone? (also the configuration for ipoker is set to Defautl (GMT) and I didn't want to mess with that)

If you're local computer time is EST, then your hand history dates should be correct. If you're finding a difference, then just go into settings on the catcher, and offset the number of hours difference between what the time is showing up in your database and your local time.

Well my cash games the HUD works perfectly, but tournaments nothing is showing up, It doesn't recognize it in the BOL Card Catcher list of tables either, do I need to tweek something?

Same deal for me. I just downloaded the trial. For Cash everything works perfectly. For tournaments, my PT4 displays the tournament with the original buy in amount, however it doesn't recognize my cashes or the add on, so I have to edit the tournament results in PT4 .

You probably need to update your PT4. If you have an old version, their ipoker HUD settings will not recognize tournaments. Try updating and you should be fine.

There was a brand new update for PT4 that came out today I did, and still no HUD on tournament, and the BOL CC is not recognizing it in window

Most poker sites do not provide this. S&G results will be automatically tabulated. So in PT4, you just need to edit the result when you cash and enter the amount won.

Probably your pt4hud.cfg file is corrupt then. I've seen this happen a few times. Just click on settings in the catcher, click create log, and send that .zip file to support. I can have someone look at it for you.

I just played an MTT on there today w/ this exact setup, just to check it out again and it loaded fine. I'm not sure why the cfg file gets corrupt, but we've seen it several times now over the years. It's typically an easy fix.

using trial for first time. just recorded my first ever session on sportsbetting.ag, hud was working fine. now, hows come when i go look into my HM2 db, no hands are found under alias "hero."???? in settings, my hero name is "hero." so when i go to reports page for "hero" shouldnt i have some hands(plenty imported)?

sorry, i know this is an HM issue but how do i do that? I use bovada converter so those hands all import as Hero but on "Pokerstars", as i am sure you are familiar with.

in the BoL cardcatcher i changed the hero name to Hero1 but that alias is not in my HM2 DB. can u please help me setup properly?

At the top left hands side of HM2, is where you set your target player ID. So you need to click on that player looking icon, input your username that you use on BOL, and it will show up as that under poker site ipoker. You can also watch the tutorial video by clicking on watching tutorial in the catcher, and it will walk you through this step by step.

thanks, last time i tried watching the tutorial it was very choppy, it would lag for like 2 to 3 seconds every two to three seconds lol and it got kind of annoying trying to watch it

seems like when using "only show hud on active table" in HM2, the card catcher does not display the hud properly on BOL. my hud only shows on the active table properly across all other site but when using the card catcher, when i place mouse on a BOL table, activating it by using table under the mouse, the HUD almost never comes up.

+1 it doesn't seem to go back and get the hands in PT 4 either, which sucks cause sometimes BOL freezes, and you have to close reopen, then do the same for CC and PT4, and you miss hands in the process. This happens a couple times a session to me.

Is there a specific order each program needs to opened? for example: Open, BOL CC, then PT4, then BOL client. Or can you open the Client first?

my sportsbetting.ag skin has crashed a few times on me as well. not sure what is triggering it, a 3rd party software or if its just the Chico software itself
