You're right though, they did have an update, but everything with the catcher and drivehud are still fine.

No. There's nothing in their T&C's against it, and we wouldn't be selling a product if it was illegal.

I'm having an issue using this software alongside TableTamer and/or StackandTile on Chico (SportsBetting.ag). For some reason the card catcher is stealing focus on tables where the action is on me and causing them to pop up on top of tables I'm currently acting on, which makes table stacking very difficult. Can anything be done about this? I posted the issue in the Table Tamer thread but since StackandTile seems to be having the same issue it seems like this software is the common denominator. I tried PokerStars hand histories but it didn't help.

Chico poker client itself does several steal focus commands. If you just play and sit there with tables open you'll see this occur. We do put a hidden overlay to attach HM/PT HUD's, but I don't think it should be stealing focus. I'd have to talk with the development team about it.

Anyone else missing All-in hands? I'm starting to notice some big hands missing. This is NLHE HU Cash Games fwiw. Interestingly, not all AIPF or AIOF hands are missing.

So, to go into further details. When I first started using BOCC, it worked perfectly. Then, I had to wipe my hard drive and re-install everything on my PC.

Since then, HEM cannot determine what place I finish in SNGs and MTTs. I contacted HEM support regarding this. After a month and a half of waiting, they basically gave me an excuse by statingi that the HH files from IPoker were incomplete, and it was therefore an IPoker bug.

This 'bug' is still not fixed, and I'm beginning to suspect the BOCC as the culprit.

More importantly, HEM also does not have all my Cash game hands, notably some AIPF and AIOF hands. Without them, most of my HEM stats are off, and therefore useless. Could BOCC be the culprit? Should I wipe and reinstall everything? Any suggestions?

What version of the catcher are you using? What version of HM2?

BOCC and HM2 have never been about to determine MTT place. Most sites do not support this unless they provide MTT summary results. S&G's are automatically placed.

I'm guessing you have older versions of both software, but it's hard to say. We don't have anyone missing hand data that we've known of for quite some time.

I'm using BOCC 1.02.1 and HEM 2.0.0.8443. Both seem to be the latest versions.

You can send your log to support and we can check it, but S&G's are working fine. Like I said, MTT's have never recorded place. Most sites don't support this feature. In poker databases you need to edit this info after the fact on most sites.

Click on settings, create log, and send that .zip file to support and we can see what's going on with your S&G's.

Fyi for everyone using the catcher:

Early this morning BOL changed their table name formatting, which broke the card catcher for any non bad beat tables. It's a simple fix, and we'll have it out as an auto update tomorrow.

Hate to be that guy , but the new BOL update has my HUD not working for cash games specifically. It still works for sngs/mtts

Any ways, we put out an auto update this morning to address this. So as long as you auto update it will work again. I'll post a manual update link here soon as well.

Still no worky for me even after the update. Maybe its on my end but I've double checked all of my settings. BOL didn't by chance drop another update on us this morning did they?

Yeah, I don't know. It was working. Not working now. Investigating what's going on and pulling that update now.

When I was last playing poker, a year ago (time flies), this didn't exist. I've had PT4 for a couple of years but of course, it didn't work with BetOnline, one of my best (if not the) overall options for profit. My only recourse would be to buy Holdem Indicator which a) probably isn't anywhere near as good or as supported as PT4 and b) cost $100 with no tiered or monthly option. I thought it was too much for someone at my level playing micros and small stakes.

Long story short, I saw this the other day and downloaded it/installed it today along with updating PT4. I'm on the 7 day full trial (awesome that you offer this) and I simply used it for one 400 hand session and am sold. Well, well worth the price.

One thing: I know that ultimately I'll have to either buy the combo pack or pick between cash/tournament versions. While I'm still on the trial, however, (I'll buy the full copy before my trial runs out) does it let you use both the cash and tournament versions of the product?

Thanks again and great job with this software. This was very much needed. It just changes everything on an already soft network. Trying to track sessions, stats, and go over hands was a nightmare before this.

Thanks. The update was/is working. I think some people, including myself, were having an injection issue. But if you shut everything down and restart it should work. I'm going to post a direct link to the update.

Mine is still not working I've shut everything down, restarted and double checked all my settings. The card catcher shows the tables I have open but when I check the hand history folder it is empty.

I'm able to run both PT3 and PT4 and both are the same. I'm pretty sure I have never changed any settings so I wonder what the deal is. Any suggestions?

Hehe... ya, it should never be an issue anymore, no matter what they re-name the tables to. It didn't effect drivehud, just the BOL catcher because of the illegal characters they used.
