As long as you use the same output format (chico) on both, then yes. If you saved originally as another format, then it won't show under BOL data when you switch databases. The default for some time now is chico network.

Hey, In PT4 we are missing a few HUDs on my table, only 5 of the 8 HUD shows in 8max. I remember seeing the instruction on how to fix this here but it seems i couldn't find it for some reason.. can you post the instructions again please.

Hey guys! I've read through the all thread and tried everything mentioned.
Im using BetOnline CardCatcher with PT4, everything is working fine, my HUD is working, and it saves its Data on players, but Hand Histories do not get saved, i cannot export or find a hand history on PT.


I have the latest version of both PT and BOCC, I've gone into settings and changed the database to something different and back to PT4 with Chico to see if it would reset everything as mentioned before, still no luck.

If you're HUD is working, then all of your data is in your database. You just have to set your player ID (top left in PT4) to your BOL playername to see your data.

I am wondering if anyone has this issue? I am up to date on BOL CardCatcher, when I am on Chico (BOL) the HUD seems to work , but I cannot configure mucked hands - it only shows me the board and maybe 3-4-5 at the most , I tried 6 max cash and a 8-max tourney and I cannot get it to show mucked or last played hands for all the players?

I have DriveHUD installed also , and DriveHUD works perfectly. I know I can't run DriveHUD and the CardCatcher at the same time. At least it used to create a conflict. I don't know if I am doing something dumb, I believe I have everything set-up properly. ALSO- after the session, if I run the replayer for the hands. The mucked cards show up just fine ?? I guess it is not a big deal, but it is 1 of those things that bothers me, I am so used to seeing the last hand played show up, now it is not ?? Any ideas?

So after messing around, if I change from Chico to Ipoker setting , everything works correctly. According to the help video this means I will not get support or recording for Run it Twice?? I guess if I cannot figure out what I did to cause this issue using Chico - I will just work without run it twice, maybe another update will hammer the bug out of it. Sorry for the long post EDIT _ also strange - my data did not show up under HERO for CHICO , I actually had to use my BOL user name to look at the data ?? I am talking about in PokerTracker4

So , I am just using the I-poker setting instead of Chico in the CardCatcher. It is flawless in I=poker and in Chico it must be a location issue as some HUDS are all over the screen, if I shrink the window I might find the missing info ?/ I have not been putting much volume on BOL lately, I just wanted to set it up. So disregard my messages , it is working fine for me in I poker

Gotcha... no worries. Ya, if you're having an issue with seeing the HUD using ipoker, then shrink down your table size as small as you can, and then once you see the HUDs, re-position and save them. Then re-size your table again after that and it will load correctly on your other tables from that point forward.
