And you are loading the catcher up before your poker client? Are you sure your database isn't just archiving them? Do you have your BOL username setup as your player ID in your database?

You can always send a log, but generally the most common issue is people have their database open during setup / install and then the catcher can't modify your database config files.

Got it fixed. Something was corrupt in the install and I got it working.

Hi again, i just want to ask if there is a way to choose which activation slot to reset or it would be easier for me to reset twice and just register them again on both PC.

There is, but it's easiest to just reset both activations. You'd have to know for sure which system you activated first. If you do, then you can just reset activation 1.

My betonline card catcher, when working at the same time as placemint is going wild, like tables jumping from one slot to the other non stop making it impossible to play?

Any advice?

It's something w/ placemint. I'd contact them and ask what's going on, and send a log to them. We're just capturing the data, and not doing anything else in terms of your position or window grouping.

I would assume placemint support is dead.

Because placemint works perfects with all other apps .

I don't own the code for placemint, so there's not anything I can do. It's not a catcher issue. They are injecting into the same space and are not compatible because of that.

Couldn't you try to contact support to get it? I feel the conversation between programmers and your means are way better than mine to get this matter solved.

I also believe this matter is word checking from a business standpoint, just from my team, ( 5 players ) that could move and buy if matter is fixed.
I would assume a lot more players are facing the same issue.

Will there be any plans to enable the card catcher to track the zoom/speed poker tables? They've brought a lot of traffic to those tables due to the zoom bad beat jackpot and the pools are soft I just can't track them normally. Would really be an awesome thing to have.

Traffic has been picking up in the late evenings (EST) at microstakes over the last week. I think it topped out at around 70 players in the pool at 10nl. Have yet to see 25nl run though.

I tried to use it but only the hands I played would import into PT4, everything else threw an error (understandable, if it's just screen-scraping to create the HH).
