If the hand data is present, then it will show the hands. So BOL follows standard poker showdown rules. They will only show the other players if they call and win.

I think you're asking about how to create an alias. I need to know what database you're using to give exact instruction, but if you google your database name and create alias, you should be able to find some info. If not, let me know what you're using.

Any player name you add to your alias will merge all of your data, correct.

Correct, they don't. You have to run the catcher in conjunction w/ PT4 and you'll be able to run a HUD and track your results. There's step by step video instruction on setup along w/ an online manual. It's pretty simple to setup though:

Yeah, we've seen over the last couple of days.

1) Chico network is not against HUDs. They have a free watered down basic HUD that comes w/ their software.
2) Their TOS does not state they are against HUDs in any way.

I'd contact their support and get clarification from them. I think they are more blindly fishing and trying to prevent people from using seating scripts, and other tools like that.

It's quite ridiculous for them to issue a blanket statement like that, so it's more than fair to ask them, "hey, I'm using this software, is this a problem?"

Btw, we contacted them also but haven't heard back. So if anyone does, please let me know.

I'm new to BOL using PT4 and everything seems to be working great but I was just wondering, does the HUD "remember" stats from days ago and keep a running cumulative update? So say I played 80 hands with a player 2 days ago, will this 80 hands show up today if the same player shows up?

If not, can I find players cumulative stats somewhere in PT4?

BOL has usernames, so it will do player tracking. Any hands you play against someone will appear in their HUD the next time you play them.

has someone used this software with HEM2 (the acepoker catcher that's recommended on the HEM2 forum page by an admin?)

At least half the people in this thread have. Our company has had a relationship w/ HM for many years.

It works w/ the site, but you can't run two sites on the same platform at the same time. It's not a limitation of the catcher. It's a limitation (for good reason) of the poker network.

im not sure i understand whats good about this. if i open the bol card catcher and just open acon and not bol it works for acon perfect and vice versa. the 2 networks are seperate so why is their not 2 versions of the program available?

So they don't share the same player network base? They just use the same software? Maybe I'm incorrect here but I thought they shared the same player network. I'm 99% sure they share the same userbase though, and that's why you can't have two from the same network open at the same time.

they are not related at all, entirely different userbase/network, just purchased software from same company. but even then the softwares are different versions

Yeah, they purchased their skin, but userbase is different. I brought this up to development to get their thoughts about supporting both at the same time.

I was told they are going to do it, but I don't have an ETA on when right now.

The betonline catcher will work on aconcagua. You can't run it on BOL and acon at the same time, but it will work on there. The setup is the same.
