Yes and thank you for your help. Except now after I have renewed my license it still is not working. When I put in the new serial key I get an error message saying "the serial number could not be used to unlock the software. PLease try again."

So we had an update a couple of hours ago.
Now the Catcher is not working... (I'm using it on Tiger Gaming which is no different than BOL obv)
I don't see any changes to be honest ! But anyways

When should we expect an update from you're end?

Yeah, we just saw this. I can't give an ETA w/o knowing what's going on yet. I see they changed their encryption. I'll update when I know more.

Everytime i get one of your updates the card catcher stops working, and my computer starts running at high CPU.

I'm not sure what to say. I've never had anyone say anything like that before, and the updater we use is the same one we use on all of our products, leak buster (over 7+ years), etc...

The ignition card catcher (recently - post their latest update 4 weeks ago), you had to restart after update or it would not work. BOL catcher this doesn't apply. The catcher wasn't working before you did this update, so I really don't know how to respond. It wasn't working unless you did this update, because BOL did an update and changed their encyption.

i tried using betonline cardcatcher with PT4, everything is working except it keeps ''Freezing'' every 5 mins or so. because of this, some of the my hands are not 'recorded'.

i can play 12-16 table on the same website, without cardcatcher. but as soon as i start the program itself, even only 1-2 table. it does freeze now and then. at some point it even made my poker client goes : program not responding and had to restart it.

i tried with and without the HUD from pt4. it does the same problem anyway.

btw for now im using the free trial version of cardcatcher. ( i have the full license for PT4 ) but if i cant resolve this , i wont buy the full version of cardcatcher.

is there something to be done? thanks

1-2 tables and you're seeing a freeze. I haven't had anyone in here that I'm aware of report any freezes or support. That would be a pretty serious issue. I'd have to see a log from you. Can you click in settings, click on the option to enable advanced log and do this again where you're seeing a freeze. Then click on settings again, click on create log, and send support that .zip file (the logs). I can have someone take a look.

But I haven't seen anyone having this kind of issue, so I'd need to see what else is happening on your system. It could be something related to windows defender. Perhaps if you have this on, try turning it off. I know some systems it doesn't handle reading injected memory very well, but generally not to the point of causing freezes.

I don't know though, it would be a first since we've sold this product, so definitely need to see more info.

I use both Ignition card catcher and BoL card catcher. The Ignition catcher works perfectly. But my BetOnline one isn't importing hand histories. The hud shows but if I go into PT4 to find a tournament for BoL I can't. it only lists the Ignition tourneys as iPoker (even though both are in as iPoker).

You need to set your BOL username as your target player in PT4(upper left side of pt4). Ignition card catcher lists as hero, BOL as your BOL username (both under ipoker). You can create an alias if you want to combine them both.
