I'm not trying to test your patience, but this 'All In' bug is really rendering my software useless. Note, this hand was also the last hand of the session.

Should I go back to buggering HEM support, or take it up with y'all?

Yes, both players are still at the table when it happens. Yes, this is HU. I'm not sure if it's restricted to solely the last hand of a table. In fact, I'm going to play some and try to GII to see if I can replicate the problem when it's not the last hand.

I'm also not sure if it's restricted to AI hands where one player busts. Anyways, off to play some hands to investigate

Yeah, I just reraise shoved all-in on flop and the catcher registered the hand, as did HEM2. Now I just need to shove as my last hand of a session to see if it bugs again..

Ok, yes, let me know, thanks. It's strange because we had this issue a long time back with the ignition card catcher. It was specific to hu tables only, and we fixed it. Same logic is in the BOL catcher, and we haven't had any reports of the issue, so if you do see it happen let me know. I'll have some guys try some hu's scenarios also to see if they can reproduce.

Fyi... if you're getting connection errors recently when trying to login to BOL, then try shutting down the card catcher, launching BOL, and then opening the catcher.

Not sure what they are doing or changing right now, but we've been getting tickets about this recently, and it might be a temporary issue, but the work around is just don't load the catcher until after you login to BOL.

I went to purchase this a few minutes ago (the gold combo for BetOnline) for $69.99 and on the checkout screen it listed the item I was purchasing as the Ignition Gold Combo. I clicked on it and sure enough, it's for the Bodog Network (Ignition now). I clicked on every link on the site that is supposed to be for the Chico network combo but it all resulted in the same thing. What's the deal here?

Anyway, before I checked out I got the advertisement for the DriveHUD, which I didn't evven know existed. That has a 30 day trial so obviously I'll check that out first.

Apparently, it misses hands when it wants to. I tried to replicate the bug by shoving all-in, on various streets, as my last hand of the session--the hands registered correctly with BOCC and HEM2. I'll keep an eye out for other missing hands. I think it may have missed one last night, but I couldn't leave the table (too juicy). I'm currently trying to find it in BO's HH.

In any case, thanks for your help FD. Sorry to have cluttered your thread. I think I'll just keep an eye out, and manually input future missing hands. I'll also let you know if it gets worse, or stops happening.

- Fix random hand on specific system profiles
- Better initial synching

This build is just addressing some specific system profiles that could cause a hang after long sessions because BOL's poker client is very resource intensive. This should alleviate any potential issues there (only saw 1 of these to date).

"I am using the BET ONLINE HUD Converter and I accidentally uninstalled the wrong PostreSQL database for HM2 - I reinstalled and the database is now gone which I'm fine with.

However, the converter does not seem to be working with HM2 now. HM2 detected 7 hands out of 6 hours and I set the file path to the correct folder in site set up , ipoker, etc.

When I open the site set up folder \betonline card catcher\Handhistories there is not subfolder, it is empty. Is this my problem?

How can I fix this? Thank you for help!

I'm a bit confused so first let me ask, when you say your HUD comes up, are the stats for the HUD on table updating and working? If so, all of your data is in HM2. You must have some filter or something set that is blocking out this info, OR you're playing stakes that your HM2 does not support.

Probably not. It's something that has to be constantly updated and changed, and really it was just a feature in the early phases of the Bovada card catcher to help people who were having issues buttons not being clickable (which isn't an issue any longer).

Yes, it's going to stay in there. I do appreciate the suggestion, but few people use it, and the development time for it is costly since the BOL catcher has fewer users. But if it's feasible at some point, I'd definitely look into it.

After today update the hud wont change when you are moved to another mtt table, the same hud from the previous table with the previous players stats remains. Hope you fix this soon.

I haven't seen this or had any other reports of this. Can you click on settings in the catcher, click create log and please send support you .zip file that contains your logs. Maybe there's something else going on at your end we need to check.

Hi, I already have a subscription to the cash card catcher program. I want to start branching out into tournaments and mtts. Is there any way I can upgrade to the tournament one as well? Or do I have to pay the full price for it now? I'd definitely throw an extra $20 to get it, but another $40 is a bit too steep because I am a low stakes player. Thank you.
