I plan to exchange PLO6 HH with my pokerbros study group and most of them us PT/HM. Since both database cuts the last cards, when i import them to DH, will it still be in PLO6 format and can HM/PT import my DH HH?

It will import but the last 2 cards are already cut / removed. If you imported directly the first time into Drivehud, this wouldn't be the case. But sine hm/pt doesn't support plo6 and removes them on import, it won't have them if you export and then import them into drivehud.

If they are playing a lot of plo6, and there's a few of them, you can tell them we'll cut them a deal if they want to switch to Drivehud. PM me if this is the case and I will hook them up.

You can play on any pokerbros union / clan. There's no emulator restrictions.
