Several people responded to your support messages. There's a lot of them from you, I believe 12. I have a developer on it. I'm not sure what you want me to do. You were also told you'd have extra time added to your license. You will be the first person notified when we know more.

I updated to the latest version, and now every time I try to run AHC, I get "AHC cannot load a HUD since the table was open prior to AHC being loaded." I'm 100% sure AHC was loaded before any tables were opened, so it was pretty tilting to have that popup stealing focus and having to repeatedly close the popup. Then, AHC quit on its own in the middle of a session for the first time ever. So, I just restarted my computer, made 100% sure AHC was loaded before opening emulators, and now it's popping up again before I even open the club lobby. TILT

No matter what I do, that won't stop. This new version is unusable.

The product has been out all year, so why, after all of this time, when I go to the website to contact support, why does AHC not appear in the dropdown list of products to inquire about?

Did you try downgrading to the previous version? I don't have any reports of any problems other than from you at the moment. I see you sent logs in so I'll have someone take a look and let you know.

I did, but it said a newer version was already installed and wouldn't let me. I guess I can completely uninstall and then try that...

It's a holiday weekend here, so not easy to get the full scoop, but I did have a developer take a look at your logs this morning. They can basically take your raw data and re-simulate exactly what you did, and this is what they found:

Everything worked w/o error, then he closed all emulators w/o exiting from PB. Next time he launched them, PB loaded all opened tables, so AHC can't capture them because there were no room info package about these tables. And probably these tables were run as 2-4 tables (you can run up to 4 tables on 1 emulator).

So basically even if you downgrade it's not going to help. You need to reboot again, make sure you have everything loaded up correctly. And you can disable the warning message if you get that again. But let me know and I can have someone dig deeper monday if need be.

I rarely ever close the emulators without exiting all tables first. AHC worked for a couple sessions over the weekend. Now, the issue is happening again. Tables were closed, I closed emulators, I closed AHC and PT4, and restarted computer. I open PT4, AHC, then open the emulators and the error won't stop popping up. So I do the whole shut down process again, and I even logged out of accounts. I restarted the whole open process in the correct order, and the issue STILL PERSISTS. F me.

It seems it happened in the log you sent. You have to log out of your tables between sessions. So when you stop your session, you should be logged out of the poker client and emulator.

I was assured by development on friday, that nothing changed on PB with any of the processes. The last update was about poker time mostly.

If you're still stuck, send another log and we'll look again. I'll walk you through what we see if I need to. I'm sure it's something simple.

So I had another dev look at the new set of logs you sent, and it's the same thing. Those tables were not closed. It was obviously working, and then it didn't because maybe you just forgot to close them or something.
From dev:
I see still the same problem, he closed all emulators (w/o leaving tables), closed catcher, after 2 min he started everything, but when PB was loaded tables were also opened, so he saw that message. I told him he could disable it in AHC settings. But he answered that he always closes tables, but I don't see such record in log.

We're not having anyone else have issues here, and I can show you in your logs where it's happening. If you're 100% sure you're closing, I can pull in a second dev to dive deeper, but the logs are an accurate account of what's happening on your system. Same logging process we've used on all products for years now. I want to make sure you're good.

Oh, I think those aliases are other players now that i'm sifting through them. I'm assuming I just find my player id and combine those aliases?

EDIT: Okay, so I typed up both pokerbros id for my accounts and combined them, and it worked out. Another question FD, it's fine to play 4 tables on 1 account correct? The HUD does seem like it's working fine, but would that be an issue?

Not sure if it's the AHC or drivehud causing the issue, but at this point I'm getting pretty frustrated and hoping to get a real response here seeing as this thread appears to get answers. Really loved the product initially for about the first week, but since early this week, when i run Drivehud with AHC it freezes pokerbros in the LD emulator (version 4). it will freeze/lag when i cycle between tables etc. It usually lets me play one, often two tables with no issue, but once i start getting to 3/4 is when it goes to crap usually.

I've messaged support multiple times with my issue, and a big part of why i went with DriveHud over PT4/HEM is i figured the integration of the two would be smoother and easier to fix any potential problems since AHC is required anyways for pokerbros. I haven't received anything resembling a solution and this has been going on multiple days. Last response i got was July 9th in the morning asking for screenshots of my task manager and if i had installed anything new. I sent all of that the night of July 9th. I sent a followup on July 10th saying it was still a problem and additional screenshots of task manager. Same thing again today.

Please help me get this fixed as it's extremely frustrating to deal with this.

Trying using LD V3. LV V4 is much more resource intensive on systems.

The development team doesn't work on the weekends. You sent updates on Friday, and I'm sure they will get back to you on monday. I understand it's frustrating with something doesn't work, but there is a solution, and the team does an amazing job in resolving all issues.

In the meantime, try a different emulator like LD V3 or nox, and see if those work better for you.

It depends on what database you're using, but I recommend opening one table, moving your HUD over the correct players, and then all huds have an option to save that new position on the table. To re-position and save, and you'll be all good and the rest of your tables, and all of your sessions going forward.

thanks for the response. i tried it one final time tonight with LD 4 tonight, and now it works flawlessly....it really doesn't make any sense whatsoever but I'll take it.

Now to just get pokerrrr2 support added :-)

1. I am playing 0.1/0.2/0.4 but why Asia Hands Converter get 10/20/40?
2. Button position is often incorrect. How to fix it?

I think you just need to update. There were several pokertime fixes after they released their latest update. Let me know your version number though and I'll check into it.
