hey guys, I am unable to see the hud on my tables on pokerbros, the Asian Hand Convertor just says "Initializing" constantly, and this was not an issue before last nights software update. Any idea what I can do to fix this? Thanks

It should still be working fine. Sometimes on updates you have to close and re-open everything or even just reboot. Try that and let me know. We have zero reported issues from support also, and we'd have a ton by now if it wasn't working.

Is there a way to track the table without a HUD for anonymous table and still have a HUD on my regular tables?

Yes, most databases will allow you to turn off a HUD for that specific table.

If you need more help, you can click on settings in AHC, click create log, and send the .zip file to support so they can see what's going on exactly. I can't give specific advice w/o have more specific information. I just wanted to let you know it's working ok even w/ the update. It's most likely ADB settings, but I don't even know what emulator your using, or what version of that emulator. Support will help you sort it out w/ a log.

You can create a blank HUD and switch to that or drag your HUD off the table.

Hi everyone... we have some emergency server maintenance going on that could affect your license over the next several hours. If you have AHC loaded on your system, don't close it, and you won't be effected. This *may* affect you only if you close and re-open it or haven't opened it for a while.

No worries, we'll get it sorted out. I just responded again. It has been a massive undertaking the backend updates, server changes etc over the past week, so we appreciate your patience and everyone's. The goal is to have a better end user experience when it's all done.

Any ideas as to why this works fine with LDPlayer while I am playing on my wifi at my house but when I am trying to use my cell phone as a hotspot it will not work correctly?
