BB is being worked on. What is leading? If you have trouble importing a hud from 1.0, export it in 1.0 and pm me that file.

Are you using site options to set your default hud and choosing the respective game/site?

What do you mean sync doesn't work, please explain what you see and what errors you might get.
leading: i meant donk lead on the flop about my hud yes I tried site options as well and it doesn't change anything

about sync ... I opened a sync folder I uploaded my both computers hands but nothing changed ... It s still the same as without Sync.

I absolutely hate holdem manager 2. The design, the way they moved **** around, i hate it. They have a couple new features that I like but as a whole its terrible. 4 thumbs down.

So I just tried out the HM2 Beta. So far I am not impressed.

It reminds me of PT3. Everyone loved PT2, it worked great. Then it came PT3, trying to hard, focusing on everything else but ease of use and player experience. It was slow and bloated, and things weren't where you wanted them to be. And you know what most of the players did? We looked for alternative and found it in HM. Great performance out of the box, UI is very responsive, things load fast. And here comes HM2 (beta). I think you guys are doing same mistakes PT crew did with PT3. Trying to hard to reinvent the wheel.
I hope things will improve, because for me it's not usable at this time.

The session and reports tab have become really difficult to handle and navigate. I think you should change/revert them to what they used to be on HM1. Also, why do I need to go through the help logs just to see how to make the graph full screen?

I remember many requests to have the option in the HUD to add a player to the fish list for the TableScanner, instead of having to type the players name after the session has ended and then adding him. Has this been implemented, and if not, why?

The only real improvement is the option to change the HUD styles in play and the new options when marking hands. Other than that, it just feels like you've added a lot of gloss and web 3.0 gimmicks (widgets, etc...) on to a great product and made it worse by doing so.

how do you replay a full HH from the start as it does not seem to work from the beginning. it will only play from HU in the MTT

Hi ra]\\[dom

Thanks for your feedback.

I agree with you on both points. HM1 sets a high standard and there is room for improvement in HM2 Beta.

My first hand knowledge of the types of issues that we are addressing and how quickly they are being addressed makes me confident that we will soon win you over. But I don't expect you to take my word for it without more to back it up.

I just sent you my personal email address via PM so that we can correspond with you directly on whether the updates in the next few days addresses the performance issues you have. Specifics about your DB size and computer configuration will also help if you could please include those in your initial correspondence.

Thanks again for the feedback.

Hi Kesky

Above is an excellent idea and I already have begun the dialog with the dev team on adding this. It is not a major change and we will incorporate it a.s.a.p. I can't tell you a firm date . . . but it will be done.

Have you tried out NoteCaddy? You need to turn it on from the HUD Options dialogue. Please check it out.

Thanks

Hi.

Haven't tried NoteCaddy, but will do.

Thanks for listening to my idea and complaints, and responding in such a good way.

After playing with HM2 for a few days I am moving back to HM1 Honestly, the only thing that I think HM2 is better then HM1 is import speed for a lot of hands at once.
Other then that it slows computer down ( it's very hard to play a lot of tables... lag and everything is blinking + I had no luck making HUD look as good as it did on HM1 ) and I have very powerful computer.

Also in my opinion reports, sessions and graphs look way better in HM1

Hi Budhud.

Once again thanks for the feedback.

The reason it is a Beta is to work through any issues that come up like
you mentioned on performance. There are things we have done in an internal build that address some specific performance issues that you mentioned. There are a couple of other performance updates that the developers are still tweaking and then we will push all of those updates live within a few days.

As to your preference for the reports and sessions views in HM1 . . . we are also working on some options that allow you to revert to a view more similar to HM1 by allowing you to hide the embedded re-player and some other features.

That won't be released as soon as the performance updates will be but I wanted you to know we have heard the feedback and are already contemplating how to address it.

Thanks again.

Jim

No need to reinstall HM2, youll just continue to receive updates. There is a slight chance you'll need to reimport your hands at some stage but since the new import speeds are much faster that's not as big a deal with HM2

I'm #4455 on the beta list. Any idea how long it will take before I can use HEM 2?

Do I have to copy reports from HM1 to HM2 ? So copy HM1 reports to HM2 dir ? If that is correct, then it isn't explained correctly in the blog. Then 2. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager 2\Reports is wrong it should be without the space2, since I have these directories:
This is HM1 install dir
C:\Program Files (x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Reports>dir

But then again it will not copy all just overwrite all and which report is the multi table report ? (Sorry if this sounds confusing, I thought at first I missed an URL to download the (new) reports.)

Its very hard to estimate how long, it depends on a lot of factors but well try and get through them as quick as we can.

Sorry there was a misquote in the above post, it should be:

Copy Report Files:

1. Close HM2

2. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Holdem Manager 2\Reports

3. Copy all report files from here

4. Go to C:\Users\YOURPCNAME\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\ Reports

5. Paste all report files here

Your just copying them from one HM2 folder to another but this issue should be resolved in the next release so this is just a temp workaround.

Ohw k but I don't have the folder at point 2! Ohw nevermind I found that folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Holdem Manager 2\Reports lol

how about my leak buster, table scanner and so on i bought under HEM1? will they are still working with HEM2? will I need to pay for them again to work with HEM2 or I only need to pay for HEM2 upgrade with discount?

does any one have any feedbacks per HEM2 (reliable and error free for NL stats)? i have some issue of import hands with HEM1, i might as well upgrade instead of fixing HEM1 issue.

thanks.

There won't be an upgrade fee for any HM Apps. Some of the Apps are not yet fully integrated to HM2 (Table Scanner in particular) but they should be finished before our initial release.
