Thanks Jim. Like I said, I love the software but it's pretty much unusable now. It's slowed my computer down to the point where even if I close everything - iTunes, Firefox etc - and just have TN, HEM and Stars open, Stars keeps freezing. I'll PM you my Skype now.

it better works with MAC

A version for the MAC is the next project on our list after HM2 goes on sale. We anticipate starting on it before Q4.

No word on how long the project will take but we do have some really cool ideas for it.

The code bases are completely different so it made no sense to start on that version before the features and code for HM2 on the PC were pretty nailed down.

I realized the community has been waiting for a Mac version. We thank you for your patience.

Please try adding Table Ninja, Holdemmanager.exe (both 1 and 2), hmimport, hmhud (in 1.0), hudfuncapps.exe in 2.0, Stars, iTunes and FF to your allowed programs in your firewall.

It will be fine when it will be fixed. At first glance it's really prettier faster, easier to use, BUT the hud stop updating a lot. I've tried it since 3 days : first day I really enjoy the experience but I played only 2 hours on small stakes to learn how to use it.
Yesterday I've tried it at 6 tabling plo on my normal limit and 2 hours later I came back to HEM1. I had stopped and restarted the hud too often to be acceptable while grinding. I use it to review my session because the replayer is way better and filters apply really quicker.

I also suggest you to improve the vs Hero stats, I just see preflop stats by now, if you can add postflop stats it would be really great.

We just released a new build (4854) last night with some specific fixes for this. Can you try to see if it helps your multi-tabling experience. HM2 should auto-update when launched. If not, send me a PM and I can give you a download link to the update.

Is it possible to see my opponent's 3 bet chart. For example, I am playing and a guy with a 5% 3 bet re-raises. I wanna know whether there are some bluffs in his range. Knowing and seeing his entire 3bet history chart while playing would be helpful.

- Opponents Tab
- Click Player Analysis in the Ribbon
- Select the villain
- Check 4bet radio button or 3bet depending on what you want to see in his preflop line
- Click refresh
- Switch the Hand View to Holdem Hole Cards

This will give you a heat map of all know hands he's done this with.

Import the original hands from your HM1 archive.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.

The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

thanks for the quick reply. i had another problem, the 'tournament winnings graph' only shows overall winnings for me, it won't refresh when i change it to be a specific date range. any ideas?

It doesn't work better with the update, indeed at startup hud works fine but few hands later the hud freeze (sthg like 15 hds with the updated version).

How do we get the session stats on the hud? With Hem 1 we just need to double click on an opponent hud and the stats of the session appears. This doesn't seem to work on Hem 2. It's a great feature to see when an opponent is tilting.

one more comment then im good i think haha. as for the main reports tab, the bottom left pane where the hand history/graph results tabs are, in tournaments you are unable to graph winnings in dollars, only tournament chips. the "USD" option is currently greyed out (unclickable) are you guys planning on making it able to graph by dollars won in the future? (i know the report "tournament winnings" does this, but it would be much better to not have to switch tabs)

It's a setting in the settings on the summary hud on the table. There is discussion regarding changing this.

This is in discussion. The thing is, that is a report on winnings in chips in individual hands. In a tourney, you don't win prize $ on individual hands - that's why there's a separate report for results than for chip winnings.

A friend asked me is it going to be a big difference in the money between HM1 and HM2 so he should hurry?

yes i can see why you did it this way. however maybe in the "overall" report it would make sense to have an option to graph it in dollars. seeing how many chips you won overall in a month isn't something that i could see using personally.

on teh beta HM2 when I import my HM1 hud the number of BB don't always show up .... samething with leading frequency and everytime I restart HM2 I have to select my HUD in the setup ... otherwise the default one shows up .

when I double click one the number of hands played the ingame hands played doesn't work ...

also when I use HMsync ... it doesn't seem to work

Pricing point has not been released yet. However anyone who has purchased HM1 after May 1st will get a free upgrade to HM2. So there is no way to lose.

Like I said, it's being looked at, but that's not the function of that report. It's like complaining that the by stakes report doesn't show position stats when it's not the function of the sort.

BB is being worked on. What is leading? If you have trouble importing a hud from 1.0, export it in 1.0 and pm me that file.

Are you using site options to set your default hud and choosing the respective game/site?

What do you mean sync doesn't work, please explain what you see and what errors you might get.

Does notecaddy come free with HM2?
