I am trying to save my hand histories on 888poker NJ to use on PT4 and do not see the suggested option of going to settings---> game settings --->keep my hand histories. Has anyone else recently had this issue with 888poker?

In the latest starscaption v0.40b update, mouse side buttons are no longer supported.
Could you bring back the functionality to assign into them various hot keys or are they permanently deactivated?

I did not deactivate them (and they works fine for me in v0.40b)
Try to check out this:
1. StarsCaption is configured to run as amin. In some cases, this may be required for a poker client too (so try to do it for PokerStars too).
2. Try to add StarsCaption to an antivirus exclusions, maybe it helps.

Let me know if an issue will not be resolved.

I need to reactivate both my 888 caption and party caption, both out of date today. Is there a special price for purchasing both? Can I send in partypoker transfer, is that option available? If not, why not? I am sure you would get lots more sales if you had a poker cash transfer option to buy the software.

Also if I cant do a poker transfer, what is the fastest way of getting my both licenses renewed?

edit: Can I get someone I know to pay for my subscriptions on neteller if I don't have access to it? I could sent them poker transfer and they could pay for it through neteller, would that work?

Well, i had XButton1 assigned to "sort tables" and after the update this feature stopped working.
So i deleted the key and i tried to reassign it again.
By pressing the button didn't work, so i choose it from the drop down menu.
But it doesn't seem to respond while playing.
Same thing happens with MButton for "replayer".
I run starscaption as admin (like always).

EDIT: I think i found the issue.
Previously i had starcaption auto-update from the server.
I uninstalled it and downloaded v0.40b directly from the site.
After installation it seems to work as it should.
So maybe auto-update had something to do with it.

About StarsCaption...

Is betscript reliable? It mostly working, but sometimes betting 1bb instead of 75% of pot or whatever I've set it to bet - it means StarsCaptions fails to overwrite bet amount in time or whatever. Making it pretty much useless feature.

How can I match raises with how Pokerstars software handle raises (% of pot)?

Try to use a such formula for 75% bet (or raise):

Betscript should work - if it doesn't, then I will need logs and situation screenshots form you. Let me know if you need to deal with this, and I will give you detailed instructions.

It worked fine after closing StarsHelper even though I'm not using StarsHelper autobetsizing. It's weird as 97% betscript bets were correct. It shame that StarsCaption HUD solution sucks compared to StarsHelper (hint: copy-paste their HUD solution).

So I really like partycaption and have bought a yearly license this week, but there's one very annoying problem. Basically every session my client crashes one time (usually after 6-7 hours I guess), which means it will freeze then close itself and I have to restart the client and log in again. I never had this problem before I started using partycaption and I know of at least one friend who has the same problem. Is this a known bug and can it be resolved? I play on the bwin.be client fwiw

This is an unknown problem, so I'll need some details from you.
1. What games do you play? (SnG, SnG Jackpot, MTT, fastforward, cash)
2. Do you (and your friend) use any other software that works with bwin.be client? And what tracking software you (and your friend) use? (HM2/PT4/Hand2Note)
3. Try to add both bwin client and PartyCaption to antivirus exclusions / trusted programs, maybe it helps.
4. Does bwin client freezes at random or maybe at some specific point? (at new table opening, or maybe at table closing, or when some dialog box appears, or something else)
5. Do you have the latest version of PartyCaption?

4. I mean it might be at a specific or after a specific time, as it's almost always towards the end of my session, but I don't have exact details yet. The crash seems random and has nothing to do with a new table opening/closing/dialog box etc as far as I'm aware of.

Very useful software, nice work. A couple feature requests I would love to see implemented.
- Let the table manager work for both Party/Stars. I run both and it would be great to handle the window clients in just one software instead of setting up two seperate configs.
- Create a hotkey to move the mouse from window to window to activate them. I play mostly mouseless and this would help the flow greatly. I.e "Space" to cycle between windows.
