Reinstall notes images again (Layout / FilledFrameNotes, for example) - party updater restores default layout files at every update

When i take a break, leave all tables (so table count is=0), but want to stick around on waiting lists, how can I set StarsCaption to auto click "No" when seat available? I tried a lot, setting auto-click to 0 and even -1, but I will always get seated on one table.

Seems there is no way to do it now, because in fact 1 is a minimum value there.
I'll try to fix it in the next version and 0 will work (now you can just turn off the checkbox)

Re8uZ, go to the Layout tab and install FilledFrameNotes layout. Restart party client after that.
Default party note image files will be replaced by large notes images. Do it after every party update.

Hi, yes - look at [actions] tag in HUD / Player panels.
And 'HUD / [actions] tag config' option - by default action history will be without sizings, but you can add it there.
Or you can use HUD / Player panels / OnHover / Sizings to see them in popup, like here:

Is there an autoslot option on 888caption or partycaption?


Such that imagine im playing 24 tables of 888poker/partypoker. I have a 1920x1200 resolution monitor. When tables open up, i want it on different quadrants of the monitor. So when i have 4 tables opened, it would be on each quadrant with tables regular size. Everytime a new table opens up, such as 5th table, it shows up on slot 1. 6th table shows up on slot 2 etc. Thus no matter what, there is no overlap as if im 24 tabling... there would be 4 tables showing but 5 behind each one etc. They have this option called autoslots on tableoptimizer. Is there this option on caption?


The other thing that is good about this is when i want to move a table from quadrant 2 to 1 for example, i only have to move it a bit to the left... then it automatically gets placed in the 1st quadrant. Can this be done on caption? I think this option is called either enable slot swaping on tableoptimizer. I like to do this on 888caption and partycaption but it has this option?

Yes, they were added in v1.70 / v1.70a
This version will be available in a few hours in Downloads page of the site (and tomorrow in autoupdater, most likely).

And also - old-style licenses (bought before summer 2016) will stop work since v1.70 - although they will still work in current versions for a while.

Slots can be configured on the Table manager tab. In PartyCaption and 888Capiton it works a little differently. Try to check a description on 888Capiton site at first - where you can find a video 'How to create a simple tile configuration'. This option does not allow you to directly do what you want, but you can do this as follows:
1. Create a simple configuration with 4 slots (as in the video).
2. Add 4 more of the same slots, after which slightly change their coordinates (add +1 to Left of every slot)
3. Add 4 more slots with with slightly different coordinates (+1 to Top for example)
4-6. Add more layers with (-1, 0), (0, -1), (1, +1) etc differences.

Instead of this you can create only 4 slots (#1), but turn on the 'Stack' options for every of them. But in this case all new tables will be placed to a first slot and you will need to distribute them to other slots by mouse / hotkeys (you can configure a hotkey to every slot, it will move table there).

why is that?

The system of licenses was changed more than a year and a half ago, but for users of old-style licenses, changes are only now.

The sale of old-style (PC code and Account code) licenses was discontinued in May 2016, and from this time only licenses with annual payment ($30 per year) are available.
Starting with v1.70, the support of old-style licenses is terminated.

There are two ways for you now - you can buy a new-style license or you can use an old version of PartyCaption (v1.69b or any earlier version). If you use the old-style license, further program updates will not be available to you.

v1.69b will be supported at least until the beginning of spring, maybe longer.
After that, all versions released since the summer of 2016 will no longer be supported.
If by this time you do not switch to a new-style license, then you can only use PartyCaption v1.45c or any lower version. With these versions, you can use our license indefinitely.

New users pay for the license every year, and I considered it unfair to them to keep lifetime licenses on old terms. For this reason, after a year and a half their functionality is limited - they can all be used infinitely, but only with a limited number of versions of the program. The announcement of the upcoming changes was posted on the website and in the program (on the License tab) after switching to a new license system a year and a half ago.

I play with a laptop and a projector and I would like to achieve two different viewing setups.
-The first is on the projector I have all my active tables pop up from laptop to projector when there is action. I would like to be able to have active internet browsers or screens on the projector MAXIMIZED OR FULLSCREEN as a background and have tables pop up on top of them when there is action. Anything on the projector doesnt seem to work as it doesnt move in front of the maximized screen, is this a windows or table caption issue?
-On a laptop/projector setup I would like to have it be so that I can read a laptop window with the same active table popup on projector. When the table pops up on the projector it always returns ON TOP of the browser window im reading. If I try to do something like minimize the poker tables tablecaption wont recognize them. What can I do about this so that I can read on the laptop screen w/o having tables pop up on top of them?

What way do you use for a table activating? Is it a Table manager with active table slots configuration, or 'Options / Popup table whenever action is required' option in 888Caption, or 'Game Settings / When it's my turn to play / Pop up the game window' option in 888poker settings?
Or something else maybe?

This formula calculates the bet size in fractions of the pot, so you should multiply the result to a current pot size to get a value in dollars. Try to use this formula:
pot*(effStack/pot+7)/20
or, the same:
0.05*effStack+0.35*pot

What I use is the table manager with one active table slot on the second screen and 6 slots on the laptop. I wasn't aware of the other options.

using regular version with 888.NJ p-73-en-0-6.20-0

In Table manager table just moved to an active slot, and it is not pushed on top of all windows. I can try to add such option if you want, but you can try to enable 'Game Settings / When it's my turn to play / Pop up the game window' option in 888poker settings, maybe it will be enough.
