Ah right, I wasn't running as administrator so that's why I didn't see it. I'll pay now. Program seems really promising and reasonably prized, I'll report back once I've toyed around with it a bit!

Hi, I have a question. I am playing in partypoker and when I close a table appears a message. Partycaption has some option for put "ok automatically"? If it haven't, could you in the next upgrades try put this?

Umm, so am I meant to modify this in real time and the changes should occur instantly like in the youtube vid? I've tried everything, multiple restarts, I got both running as administrator, and none of the functions actually work. I haven't tried anything huge, just changing fonts, setting autorebuying, getting rid of some buttons like the table options etc, and there's just no changes at all. The only thing I can think off that could be wrong is that I have a custom layout done with skinchanger (just different background and cardbacks, nothing else), could this cause the program to not function? I almost feel like I'm supposed to set a path for where my Party folders are located or something, but at least I can't find anything like that in the program? Is there something I need to do before starting to use it or should it work pretty much instantly? I tried both the latest version and the version .85 which I had at first for some reason.

PartyCaption can click 'Ok' in that window automatically in some cases.
There are several options for it:
Table options / Opening & closing / Autoclose table if sitout
Autoclose table if wait bb
Autolose table if no hero in hand

You can turn them on and confirmation will be done automatically at the closing table when the hero does not play (I did not do automatic confirmation option for any situation to avoid missclicks).

Please read this (program does not work after restarting), it is the most common problem.
Also, some anti-virus software can kill pcHookMain.exe process. Add it to the anti-virus exceptions, if that happens.

Yes, but this whole program has never worked for me for a single second? Anything I modify in the program, nothing happens at all? I feel like there has to be "save changes" button somewhere that I'm missing so that everything would take effect, but it seems like there is none? So is it supposed to start working straight away or is there something I need to set in the Party software or something? pchookmain.exe is running normally.


To highlight, my problem is basically this: Let's say I just want to, say, change people's screen name font and color. So I go to Fonts -> Nick, change the color for red and change the font width and height and style. Nothing happens. Same for everything, auto addon doesn't work, anything I try to do just doesn't take any kind off effect like as if the two programs weren't "connected" (Party doesn't detect anything I tell PartyCaption to do)?

^ This is basic, but since you didn't mention it: Did you click the "Active" box for font changes? You can change the other stuff but it doesn't take effect until you click "Active".

I had the same problem when I was trying it out. Took me a while before I ending up clicking on "Active".

Hmm, I didn't think that it can be a problem.

In v0.95 an error occurs if HUD is off.
Bug fix today, and yet enable HUD or use v0.94

I found out what the reason, will correct in the next version (this window is slightly different for the euro-account).

How do I backup/restore my config?

Config stored in PartyCaption\PCaption.ini file (except Table manager configs, they are in the PartyCaption\TableManagerConfigs folder).
You can backup these files manually, if you want.
