So to be able to color code preflop hands depending on the position we are
let's say I Open TT and fold to Raise in EP So TT would be color coded red when i'm in EP
And when I'm BTN I open TT and call vs a Raise, then when I'm in BTN TT would be color coded blue

and i'm in BTN and EP opens , I 3B TT so it could change the color that was blue at the begining to let's say green which means I should 3B

Is it possible you can add to show raise sizes as a simple pot percentage instead of 2.5x the previous bet or whatever?

I have popups in H2N which break down the bet sizes of various situations. It would be nice if they were all the same 'format'. Plus I think the pot size amount would be more readable for helping to detect raise sizing tells.

In H2N I can make my bet amount and raise amount stats both be by pot %. But starscaption cannot, I don't think?

How do you make the tourney tab on partypoker update by itself like pokerstars does? Pokerstars tab tourney always updates and also tells you how many players are left, what place you are currently and how pays.


Does partypoker and 888 have those options? On the 888 thread, the rep said the new update will show it.


With the stack size to bb option, is there a way to show both stack size and bb or is this not possible? Thus you have to choose one only? I know you could put a hotkey where you could go from one to the other etc.

1. PartyCaption tournament info:
There are many tournament tags for HUD in PartyCaption.

CH tags:
[CH_heroPos] - tournament position of hero.
[CH_countPlayers] - the number of remaining players in tournament.
Both of CH tags values are read form the Tourney info chat tab, and if one or both of this tags are added to HUD, then PartyCaption will click the Refresh button in Tourney info tab regularly - so they will be updated as often as possible.

TL tags:
[TL_timer] - blinds timer.
[TL_ITM] - number of ITM positions.
[TL_allPlayers] - total number of players in the tournament.
[TL_avStackITM] - average stack forecast for ITM zone.
[TL_avStackITM_bb] - average stack forecast for ITM zone in current blinds.
[TL_avStackFin] - average stack forecast for final table.
[TL_avStackFin_bb] - average stack forecast for final table in current blinds.
[TL_RunningTime] - the time elapsed since the beginning of the tournament.
[TL_countPlayers] - current number of players in the tournament.
[TL_prizeValue] - the current prize value in the tournament.
[TL_nextPrize] - the number of players from which the next level of prizes in the tournament begins.
[TL_nextPrizeValue] - the next prize value in the tournament (for [TL_nextPrize] number of players).
Tags with "TL_" prefix are obtained/calculated from the tournament lobby. In order for them to be updated, the tournament lobby must be open. You can open it manually or use the SnG/MTT / Autorefresh [TL _...] tags option. This option automatically opens the lobby if it is not open, and immediately hides it. After this, the lobby will not be visible, but the program will be able to receive information from it.

2. 888Caption tournament info:
888Caption also have many tournament tags.
CH tags don't work now, because the chat was redesigned some time ago, and now there is no way to read information from it, if it is not open.
TL tags are works the same way as in PartyCaption. There are different set of TL tags in 888Caption, you can find a full list of them on the site or in Add tag button in HUD / Table panels. Autorefresh [TL _...] tags option also must be enabled to use them, in 888Caption you can find this option on the Options tab.
And yes - in the latest version of the 888poker client (4-7.4-0-37) a tournament position of hero and current number of players are displayed on the table.

3. You can display stacks in chips and/or bbs in the HUD / Player panes, there are many tags for it (see the site or HUD / Player panes / Add tag list). So you can display stack in different ways simultaneously.

I miss a IpokerCaption+Winning Caption, there are some other tools, but being fair they sux really hard, any chances of someday having them ?

Hey there. Bit confused with what you posted. So on partycaption, how does it auto update the tourney info tab? You mention tournament tags for hud in partycaption but what does that have anything to do with the tourney tab?

Does the refresh sng lobby after x seconds have nothing to do with it? I had thought this was related to the tourney tab?

I basically want to have the tourney tab with the highest/average/lowest stack and my current position number out of current players left. I also like to have it show how many players get paid like on stars. So I check the autorefresh tl tag?

There are no Captions for iPoker and Winning (there are only iPoker Tools and WPN Tools, but they are not my programs).
I do not know if I will be making programs for these rooms, but in the near future this should not be expected.

In this video you can see how [avst] tag works (it displays average stack). This is an old video, and many things has been changed in PartyCaption, but this tag works in a same way (but the option for its auto-update has been removed, now it's done automatically).
You can use this tag and you can see an average stack in any place of your table. Also you can use [CH_heroPos] and [CH_countPlayers] by this way.
PartyCaption reads values of this tags from Tourney info, and info in this chat tab will be updated automatically.
If you need how many players get paid - use [TL_ITM] tag.

On Starscaption how do I make my BB 3bet sizes different versus SB than all other positions (3x ip but 4x oop)

Sorry, but PokerStars prohibits a using of relative position if betscripts.

You can configure this only by indirect methods for some situations (by using absolute position and pot size filters).
On all positions except blinds you will be always IP.
On SB you will be always OOP.
On BB you will be always OOP, except vs SB.
Situation BB vs SB can be filtered, but only for some particular cases - for example, if raise=3bb and pot=4bb, then there was an openraise from SB (for raise from all other positions pot size will be 4.5bb). But it will work without ante only and also sometimes in tournament can be a hand without SB.

Does the 'Pot Size' field filter for the size of the pot when the action comes to you? So for example, if I wanted a specific 3bet sizing for a single raiser who opens to 3x then I would set the pot size to 4.5bb and this would exclude pots where there have been overcalls?

For party caption how can I disable the "table under mouse" for the hotkeys... I can only use the hotkeys when the mouse is in the table

There is no way to "disable" it, because the hotkeys work by this way only.

There are a few ways to play with keyboard only:
1. Use Options / Popup table whenever action is required + Mouse jump to table (you should disable all auto activation options if the party client setting before).
With this option a mouse cursor will be moved to an activated table automatically.

2. If you want to switch between tables manually, then disable all auto activation options in the poker client (and #1 too), and configure Hotkeys / Table cycling + Mouse jump to table (in fact it is enough only one hotkey, Most urgent table)

I use Partycaption, and i'm trying to add a custom panel on the hud but nothing is happening...I click on add new panel / add tag / [tpbb]total pot Bigbling / and I finally click on Visible...but I cant see anything on the table

1.-sometimes the hot key for fold does not work, maybe one in 30 times. I have it configured with the esc key.

2.- Is it possible to change the deck for grhand tag?

3.- Is it posible change the seat position in fastforward tables?
