EDIT: just activating the custom notes section here even with the exact same dimensions seems to have solved the problem!

HUD consist of two kinds of panels - Table panels and Player panels. Go there (to HUD / Table panels and to HUD / Player panels) and delete all the panels. You can leave some panels or add some panels later if you will need them.

So you have no issues with notes now?

I have the same issue with the notes. I can just see a small rettangle on the player and is not well alligned. Tried to change the numbers in the "Custom color note" but nothing changes.
Moreover, on the tutorial video I saw that is possible to add the note color to a player just clicking on his name, didn't find the option to activate it.

hey i have problem with hotkeys for party, i want to use midle mouse btn as fold/check but is not working, when u set it it will work for like 1-2 times (i guess before u do something else in the hand like bet or call) and then is not working, i am on trial version

I set up a bunch of table mods using the layout section and im wondering how to undo them to default if I don't like something? For instance how would I go back to default deck of cards or remove the frame pod mod?

hey guys, starscaption problem here

whenever i start new sng tables with $ to BB it shows me BB instead of ABB (so 75BB instead of 39BB for a 1.5k starting stack with antes) I have to turn off chips to bb and on again to clear this, but I don't want to do this 100 times a day. any help?

You can undo them only if 'Save backup' option was enabled during install of them.
Now the easiest way - reinstall the poker client (do it without uninstall - it will affect to layout files only and default layout will be restored)

So you have enabled 'Convert chips / Tourney table / to effective bb' setting?
It resets to 'to bb' at every start of StarsCaption or 'to effective bb' works wrong for every new sng?

every new sng. it gets automatically resolved within the first minutes of every sng, but it starts with the wrong option.

Unfortunately it doesn't work in partypoker.com now, because players list was removed from lobby some time ago there.
But I think it still works in es/fr/nj/etc national poker clients, so I do not remove this function from the program.

1. There is a few ways to pay for it, you can find them on the site on 'How to buy' page.

2. Neteller is not accepted directly, sorry. As for the card - I do not know, you can try to pay it in the affiliate store, you can find a link there.

3. Most probably partypoker client is not run as admin as described here.

Hey, two questions for StarsCaption:

1, is it possible to make [actions] and [sizing] tag work in the replayer? It would be easier to review hands with those HUDs available.

2, when observing zoom games, the [actions], [sizing] and [timing] panels are working, but after a while they disappear, and doesn't come back before the next hand after I've hovered over the table (at least I think that's what *activates* it again), is it possible to have those observing tables always with HUDs on them?

2. I don't know what it can be, I just checked and I did not notice any problems with HUD on observed zoom tables. Maybe you can find a way for me to reproduce the problem?
Also try to check - is it depends on HUD / Hovering HUD option?

Love the software, just having an issue since i changed PC / upgraded to full licence.

Preflop hotkeys work perfect but the postflop ones always minbet for some reason, I have run both programs as admin etc.

About 2, I play with table under mouse rule so not sure if that has something to do with it, but as I said I think it becomes *inactive* after a while, because I'm playing zoom tables at the same time as observing, so I'm not hovering over that observed table. If I hover over, the HUD comes back when the next hand on observed table starts. It's not the biggest deal, just wanted to ask if there was a easy fix. If not, then no worries! Edit: will check the 'hovering HUD' option, maybe that helps.

There is only 'HUD / Hide board if hero all-in' option available now.
Can you describe why you need such option and what you need to hide?

Yeah it is just for neatness of my layout really. I would like to have the player positions on top of the cards then hide them at showdown.
