In a Basic betscript there is only one type of 3bet is implemented - multiplying the raiser's bet by a given number (and limpers are not counted there).
But you can use also an Advanced betscript - there is more flexibility, you can use formulas to bet size calculations (although it is more difficult to configure).

StarsCaption doesn't have a Basic betscript at all (because many of its functions are prohibited by PokerStars rules), and an Advanced betscript is also much simplified for this reason. They prohibit the implementation of many betscript features directly, but some features can be implemented indirectly (although they will not always work as you want in this case). You can try to read the description of Avdanced betscript on the site to understand what is possible there, and about restrictions too.

Ive noticed that the table manager is different in both versions. In the party version I want to have a 1x3 stack mini stack with another 1x3 stack behind it then two active slots one on top the other 1x2. I have the 6 mini slots and the two active slots. Is there some way to get the software to recognize players and move to an open location? Currently I only get active table via mouseover the mini and they all jump to the first active table position (Id like to be able to have it bind to open active table).

1BigOT, sorry, there are no any auto acitvation modes in PartyCaption / Table manager. This Table manager was done a long time ago and at that time I had no ideas about it.
Maybe in the future I will try to do something like that.

I seem to be having an issue in StarsCaption where it automatically pops up new tables whilst I am in the middle of a decision on another table. This is resulting in me making constant misclicks as I have no idea of knowing when a new table is going to pop up whilst mass multitabling. How can I fix this?

In PartyCaption, I have changed the Layout to enable both FramePods and FrameNotes.

As you can see in the following screen shot, FramePods works correctly:



However, the FrameNotes feature is not displaying correctly. It just shows a colored corner. How can I fix this?

Sorry, but I can't see your screenshot.
Please check this:
1. You have the latest version of PartyCaption
2. PartyCaption is running and other features work for you (fonts, for example)
3. 'Notes / Custom notes / Active' options is enabled
4. If you are playing in party.nj/Borgata, turn on also 'Notes / Old note icon position' option

Let me know if nothing helps.

The guy to my left has an orange player note. However, only an orange corner shows up to his left and not an entire box.

I also checked the following:

1. Using latest version: 1.60
2. It's running. I can adjust fonts, HUD works, etc.
3. 'Notes / Custom notes / Active' options is enabled
4. Playing on bwin, not party jersey

For some reason default note icon position was changed few months ago for Holdem tables, but it wasn't changed for Omaha.

If you play Omaha tables only, then turn on 'Notes / Old note icon position' option, it should help - although they will stop to work on Holdem tables is this case. There is no way to work they both on Hold'em and Omaha tables now, but I'll try to do it in the future.

Yes, PartyCaption can do it - see 'Convert chips' option (you can find a video about this option on the site).

On PartyCaption, betting hotkeys don't work well.

For example, when I click the pot betting hotkey, it fills in an amount that is bigger than the pot. This seems quite common when clicking the pot button.

Also, preflop all of the other sized bets like 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 are off.

Antidote, can I see your settings and screenshot with wrong sizings?

a few people in my skype group with various PCs (all win10) experience frequent crashes on Party with your software. Most of the time Party just reloads itself and logs in, other times they have to login manually, even rarerly the PP software crashes totally and a restart is required. Without Partycaption these crashes never occur. Any idea why this could be?

Sorry, but I don't know what is the reason. I do not have any problems with PartyCaption.
You can try to determine the circumstances under which this happens. Perhaps it happens when a dialog box appears, some function is triggered, or something like this.
Also you can try to disable some options in PartyCaption, maybe it can help to find a cause.

I think PartyCaption is not a direct reason, it just increases the load to the poker client and bugs in a party client are more evident and more frequent.

I think i might have encountered a bug in StarsCaption program.

I have a setup with multiple monitors where I have pokerstars tables lined up on other monitor (using minus values on table manager cordinates to get them there, its left of main monitor), and everytime I need to take action programs moves them to my main monitor.
This works fine, expect in the case someone/multiple limps before me and im in the big blind (so options for me are check or raise).
In this case table stays where it is and doesnt get moved. Other scenarios (open folded to me, raised, limped but im not in BB work fine).

I have similar setup in 888 - poker (with 888caption) and in there it works ok.

I've lost my hotkeys for colour labels where is the setting?

If you mean the latest verison of PartyCaption - there are two ways to set color notes now:
1) Hotkeys / Set note (you can choose LDblClick from a drop-down list to configure it to left double click).
2) Hotkeys / Opp buttons / Set note feature - here only single click needed.
In both cases HUD / Active must be enabled.
You can find videos about both ways here.

All other ways to set color notes was deleted in v1.61 as deprecated.
