Hi, in my case since the update the hotkeys like "siut out on next bigblind" doesn´t works (only if i on the menu on the left bottom corner. The mouse scroll +bb/-bb only works for + but don´t decrease the bb. The bet hotkeys doesn´t work correctly too

I have tried to unstill DanskeSpil and still the same, there is no problem with PartyPoker.

In some cases some other programs with global hotkeys can affect. In this case you should run them as admin or not run at all. It can be HM2, or some touchpad/mouse utility, or something else. Try to close all other programs (including icons in tray) and check it without them.
For HM2 - you can try to disable this option - HUD Settings / HotKeys / Enable Hotkeys. Or try to run HM2 as admin too, and all other programs with global hotkeys too.

Strange, it works for me.
Try to check run as admin for PartyCaption (as described two posts above) and add it to antivirus exception list.

beside pt4 which runs as admin, vlc and avast there isn't anything else running.

It works on my other computer, I think I have to reinstall PC again, is there a way to make a backup of my settings?

I never tried the mouse hotkeys except the wheel and it didn't work but it's something I don't need anyway. I added it on the exceptions nothing changed

It works now if I add the exceptions to my firewall, how come that PC need to connect to the internet now, before it will work properly?

From v1.46 there is a new licensing implemented (but old-style licenses still supported). New licenses are stored in a cloud like in 888Caption, so PartyCaptions needs internet connection now. It connects one time at program start to load configuration and checking for updates, and one time for checking your license (this step is for a new type licenses only).

Please try to check the mouse hotkeys. Perhaps it will find out the cause of your problems.

Also try to enable 'Disable display scaling on high DPI settings' in this window for party and PartyCaption, it can helps in some configurations:

Does anybody else use the frame or filled frame coloured notes? They don't show up properly for me anymore. There's a coloured blob in the top left of everyones name so I can still identify the player types, it just doesn't look as good. Other people having this issue or just me? Cheers

Try to change Options / Decimal separator

I have a problem in the new version where i cant type the letter "c" on my keyboard when partycaption is running. If i close partycaption immediately it is working again. Also, i do not have any hotkeys configured to use the letter "c" that i can see. I tested another keyboard and the problem is the same. Any idea what the issue could be?

Try to check hotkeys on all tabs - not only Hotkeys and Betting hotkeys, but also Lobby and Table cycling.
If you do not find anything, please send me your PCaption.ini file.

Please do the following:
1. Run PartyCaption and turn on Options / Logging / Betscript log and Mouse wheel log
2. Open one table and play a few hands (with using mouse wheel)
3. Close PartyCaption and send me PCaption.ini and PCaption.log files (or you can pack whole PartyCaption folder to zip and send it).
