I can't open tournie lobby in 888 when caption is running, how can I fix it? thx

It's fixed in StarsCaption v0.66g

doesn't work for me either

Open a table and use these options:

Turn on checkboxes, change values there, etc.
You will see result in real time, don't need to restart 888poker.

It works like in StarsCaption, and there is no way to open a lobby by 888 methods while Options / Autorefresh [TL _...] tags is enabled.

Try to check if you have the latest version of 888Caption and all main settings are configured (language of the poker client, run as admin, etc)
Also check if other hotkeys work.

Hi, seems like after the party update yesterday, the tournament lobby is popping up, when i finish a SNG. This is really annoyng.
It was working fine all together, before that update.
Maybe i disabled/enabled something by mistake in caption.

How do i disable that? Can't find it in partycaption or de partyclient.
I am using Partycaption version 1.96f.

Okay so stars required us to update. I didn't update for months because i could still use it with Tableoptimizer. But now after the stars update, i can't use Tableoptimizer.


So I am going to use starscaption now. I did not activate my 30 day license but if you don't, it still works at the micro stakes right? Shows state as license not found.

- cannot open lobby of a tournament
- cannot relocate main lobby position

1. It can be if you use auto update of TL tags.
See a description and a video here, how to work with tournament lobbies in TL tags autoupdate mode.
Also it can be if you have Options / Tournament lobby slot configured beyond the edge of the screen.

Do you have Lobby / Lobby size & position / Active + Fix position enabled?

So I get this notification in a form of banner on top of the table(challenge completed), something like 888 rakeback program.
It has an X on top right corner where I should be able to close it, but I can't, I must restart the table.
Now that's OK for tournaments, but in cash game I'm thrown out of the game...

For the betscript on starscaption, there seems to be default settings put for it. I like to know if i erase all of them, is there a way to restore them to default settings?

How do i make this setting on starscaption? I want if bb is 30 or less such as 10/20 or 15/30... i want the betslider to automatically make it 3x the bb. Example blinds are 10/20, i want it set to 60.


I want it set to 3x until blinds are 25/50. From 25/50, to say big blind is under 100... i want it to 2.5x. Example blinds are 25/50, i want it set to 125. Blinds are 40/80, i want it set to 200.


From 50/100 blinds... i want preflop bet size set to 2.25 and onwards.



I have 3 settings on my advanced betscript all the way at the bottom that i highlighed.


I think i have it correct but is it because the default settings at the top that shows like


Preflop CO BU SB BB bet less than or equal to 1bb pot+1bb-antes
Preflop EP1 EP2 EP3 MP1 MP2 MP3 bet less tahn or equal to 1bb pot + 1.5bb-antes
Preflop SB BB 2.5*raise+pot-0.5bb-antes
Preflop 2*raise+pot-1.5bb-antes


Is the above why my preflop bet sizes seem to show 3x sometimes even when blinds are higher than 100? These are the default settings on advanced betscript. Do i delete it?

Flop Turn River bet is greater than 0% raise*3 mean? Does it mean it sets your raise size to 3bet someone's bet size on the flop, turn or river?
