I had party and 888 for USA NJ sites. Can I transfer my license to PA StarsCaption?

There are no miniatures support in StarsCaption, but you can use many other configuration types in Table manager 2.
You can use Multi-stack activation mode, for example, or different types of activation modes (like stack-and-tile style or some other). There are no ready-made configurations, but they are not difficult to create from scratch.

Yes StarsCaption supports Aurora, and about 99% of options work there (auto time bank works).

For now StarsCaption doesn't know cards of hero, so it's not easy to do.

If I play 14 tables in a stack, how do I set the action only on the main table.
I mean, I can see all the thumbnails but when action is required, I would like it to jump to the main table "automatically".
I would like it to look something like pokerstars.
Is it possible?

Hello. I'm having trouble. StarsCaption on PokerStarsPA isn't displaying RNG or Pot Odds HUD stats. I downloaded verion 62g and no improvement. Any ideas? Thanks

Thanks for report - it seems I checked the latest version with Aurora tables of Stars.PA only (and it works there), but as I can see now it doesn't work with old graphics engine there.
I'll try to fix it ASAP and let you know.

Crazy Ivan, there is StarsCaption v0.62h released, try this version (you can find it on the site in Downloads page).

Please contact me if PokerStars.PA will be updated and StarsCaption stops to work with it (for now you have build 30186, you can check it in PokerStars / Help / About PokerStars or in StarsCaption / License / Diagnostics if build number will be changed).
For now PokerStars.PA has a bit different client (in comparison with other Stars clients), so StarsCaption has a separate processing specifically for PA client.

Also, I switched off Aurora graphics engine due to compatibility issues. If Caption is fully functional with Stars Aurora, would it be better just to turn the graphics feature back on?

Crazy Ivan, you can use any engine you want.
I'm not sure, but it can be that StarsCaption still has some issues with Aurora support - I did it relatively recently and I'm still doing improvements there in the latest versions.
If you will use it, please report me if you will have any problems with Caption there.
Potentially, I can implement more functions in Aurora, and I have already done some of them. For example, I added the Layout editor tab in which you can flexibly customize any fonts on the table. For example, like this:

Auto rematch on 888Poker doesnt work properly, sometimes it didnt accept rematch and just bug the window then you cant accept or decline anymore

Hello, I don't know if it's because of I came back from aurora to old tables but I cannot see anymore the "time left to play" bar.

The bar has disappeared.

How to see it again pls?

Piolover, try to check Table Appearance / Table Display / Show Time Left to Act in Stars settings. Also you can use [timeToAct] tag in StarsCaption / HUD / Table panels.

Is there a reason why when using partycaption on party that if we use the space bar to toggle to next table, it keeps having this popup every single time? I prefer to use spacebar for that. There is no issue with 888caption on this.


Also i mentioned about the moving the spots where each table is on each of my quadrants. So basically if i use starscaption for free, i can use the layout like how i have it now for 888poker? I currently use 888caption and partycaption but when i move one table with another table on partypoker on my screen, instead of it going over the table, it would switch places. I dont have use for starscaption at the moment but would using that fix the partycaption issue with tileing tables? So there is some thing with partypoker software which prevents partycaption with the moving tables etc?

What popup you have there, can you show a screenshot?

In StarsCaption / Table manager 2 tables will be swapped if Stack option is disabled in a slot properties, and table will be added to a stack in this slot it it enabled.

Well i use the spacebar for my hotkeys for 888caption and even another program i use for stars. I thus use spacebar for partycaption but many times when i click or double click it, the hand history popup shows up? When party previously had hand histories, the space bar would make the hand history popup instead of toggle etc.



Is there a reason why 888caption you can move tables anywhere you like on the screen but partycaption you can't? Is it something in the partypoker client that prevents this?



Also i noticed when i played on 888poker, when it got to a final table, one players hud did not show up for some reason. Before the final table, you see all huds for everyone including yourself. And when it goes to heads up, i do not see the hud for the opposing player. Is this normal? I did recall when at final table where you start with 9 players, once it got to like 6 players, one player on the top of the table, there was no hud name for that player. And after a while, you see the name of the winner of the pots as a player that has been eliminated already. Is this some weird glitch?

Space key can be used in partypoker client to press different buttons on a table and I don't know how to fix it. This is a partypoker feature, not PartyCaption.


Table manager in PartyCaption is made a few years earlier and it is designed differently. You can use Table manager 2 in StarsCaption, it has slot hotkeys and you can use it for all party/888/stars tables.


Select this HUD panel in a Player panels list and click Reset positions button.
