Try to check versions of the poker client and 888Caption.
You can see the version of the poker client in Help / About.

888Caption2 is compatible with 888poker p-1-en-4-6.17-1-23 and higher, for prior versions (and for all other skins of 888) you should use 888Caption v0.xx.
Also sometimes can be a problems at first run after install or update of 888poker. In this case try to reboot your PC.

i have problem, tried everything but couldnt find why this is happening

i want position for players to displayed... it show up at the tables properly but when i click on the table it dissapear, i think it goes in the background as when i moving a table i can see the displayed positionsHUD are moving with the table.

additon: now it shows fine in one table only,
on other tables only show up if i open something else like chrome in the background and then close and the stats at the tables are shows again but then disapears if i click anywhere at the table

ok seems like its working fine after i restarted the program

Check run as admin for 888Caption and for 888poker too if it happens hext time.

This option was added in 888Caption2 v2.13a

It works only one hand when I opened the table, it shows correct the first hand. After this, it shows correct from time to time, once in 2 till 9 hands

Yes, it's still not fixed, I'm sorry. I know what the reason, and try to fix it in the next version.

I have both caption2 and 888 poker running as administrator. The licence page just keeps saying waiting login

U shove i call, you should use 888Caption v0.xx with p-1-en-4-6.17-666-1, this is an old 888 client. 888Caption2 can be used with a new client only.
Or you can install p-1-en-4-6.17-5-14 if you want to use 888Caption2.

HI i found bug/problem, Do you see on this image HEM hud? This hud is on another table next to the this table, and simply it shouldnt be there. (but only on table3, this is table2) You might argue this is HEM problem, but (not sure) I think no. Because I think its problem with some overlapping tables, because I also see sometimes on (let say table 2), colored frame from table3 (which is seted in caption), or sometimes table3 overlaped table 2 and when I clicking on table2, table3 is still overlaped..


+another problem: not working for me tab: Layout editor, when I set anything, nothing will happen.

Yes I know about problem with HUD and I'll try to fix it in future versions.
You can try this option in HM, maybe it helps with HM HUD:
HUD Settings / General settings / Advanced settings / Force HUD on top of tables
Also you can try to disable this option in 888Caption:
HUD / Hovering HUD

About Layout editor:
1. 888poker sholud be opened and logined.
2. Don't change theme after running 888poker in client settings. If it was changed, close the poker client and run it again.
3. Don't forget to click Apply button.

The changes don't appear on opened tables. You should close tables and open them again to see the changes.

How long is the trial I can request to test those programs at NL50 or NL100?

FTCaption and 888Caption have one month trial for all stakes (to activate it you need to send a request from the program).
For PartyCaption there is no trial for all stakes, sorry. But it's free at mickrostakes and you can test it there.

I downloaded the software and used it on playmoney tables FTP...there seems to be an issue with the betting amounts from other players...I converted the dollar amounts to bb and for example when someone bets 1 bb and then someone raises and the player calls the money goes into the pot for the next card but sometimes there is still something left on the table...like half of number one or only one b from bb...but than when I click on FT Caption in the taskbar everything is fine and those pixel left vanish...but this happens very often. On 888 it works fine. I use table mods on both sites but I also assigned right mouse click for fold and that works fine as well. I also run everything as admin. Any idea?

Yes, it happens on playmoney tables, because resulting text in bb may be wider and FTP client not erase all the text after rendering. But on real money tables there is no such problem in most of cases, because the original text is usually wider (for example, $20 on nl200 converted to 10).
Chips convert implementation on FullTilt is much more difficult and is made in another way than on 888. So there are can be some rendering artifacts in some cases (on playmoney tables or if you set up a big text label before/after the bb value).

Try to use it at nl2 or n10 instead of playmoney, it works free there.

I'm pretty new to PartyCaption so apologies if this issue has been addressed. But I'm experiencing a white bar covering a player's screenname when they're in a pot. I've noticed the same in some of the PartyCaption tutorial videos as well.

Is there a way to remove this so I'm able to see a player's screenname during a hand?

Problem seems to be resolved after FramePods layout was installed.
