Is it possible to change the colours for notes on party caption?I've had a quick look through your website/setting but can't find anything obvious unless i'm blind!

Notes are image files. So if you want to change the colours, then you should to edit (or just replace) these files.

PartyCaption has 3 different layouts with notes (FrameNotes, FilledFrameNotes ann Modifier theme). If you don't like them and you want just to change colours, then you need these files (for partypoker.com, other supported clients have another notes format and another files):
note_icon_orange.png, note_icon_red.png, note_icon_yellow.png, etc. (9 files)
You can find them in this folder:
c:\Programs\PartyGaming\PartyPoker\Images\NewGameT able\
Open these files in any image editor and change the colours (and save a copy of edited files after it).

So i use a button like tab or spacebar to cycle tables around. Thus go and check other tables. I notice recently that when i do this, it does not cycle around the tables. Is there a reason for this? I have this issue on 888poker but not partypoker. I put a hotkey for forward for table cycling as i use tab or spacebar. Previously i never had any issue on 888poker but now i do.

Is there any plan to make hud stats background witdh and height changeable? I just want it to be locked and same size at every table for cleaner table view.

Width and height of a panel are calculated automatically depends on text/font size. Also they can be increased by Border width option (in PartyCapiton and StarsCaption this option can be configured for each panel, but in 888Caption for all panels only {in will be changed in the future versions}).

Or you need something else?

Fixed size, not depending of stat value being 1,2 or 3 digit or whetever.

I set up my PartyCaption that it always keeps running 2 SNG HERO tables at the same time.If one is closed, another one pops up. When a new table pos up, the PartyPoker client also pops up and I want it to auto-minimize again. Is there a option I can set for this?

Hi there. So partycaption and 888caption can auto reg sng hero on party and blast with no issues? Thus you could say always have say 3 tables regged at once? Thus once you are done with one table, then it auto regs you the next one?

No, I don't need it as I use StarsHelper as my hud at the moment.

It doesn't display anything inaccuratelly, it just doesn't look as clean for eyes having gaps between stats, letting show table background colors through, making general picture very colorful for eyes.

Anyway I run SH, TO and SC simultaneously as each of them have something better than competitor.

In StarsCaption you can place as many tags in one HUD panel as you need (with or without text between them). Like this, for example:
Odds: [%] Bluffeq: [BluffEquity]
It will be a single panel without any gaps. You can align it to left edge (by default), right edge or center.
In most cases this should be enough to place HUD panels accuratelly.

I like the [actions] tag feature for the HUD on Partycaption.
However I find the bet sizes option for [actions] to be pretty useless, even though they are fundamental.
Would it be possible to have the options for the raise sizes to be displayed as % of the pot (using pot bet formula) rather than -for example- something like Rx4.3 (raised 4.3 times the previous bet).

these days 888.es has been upgrading and now 888caption2 is not working completely. No betscript, no autobuy, no auto time bank...etc PLEASE HELP!

I have both the client and caption running as admin and the client in English. the antivirus is not the problem either. I have "enable animations" on, I am not using PT or HM. I have deleted and reinstalled both programs multiple times.

1. What poker client version do you have now? (From Help / About).
2. Can you try both 888Caption2 v2.46d and v2.46 with this version? None of them work?

If both versions don't work, can you write a log for me? (with v2.46d)
1. Turn on 'Options / Logging / Betscript log'
2. Restart 888Caption
3. Open one table and play several hands
4. Close 888Caption
5. Send me 888Caption.log and 888Capiton.ini files from 888Caption folder

Is there a wya with PartyCaption to auto close sitout tables until the end of the count down ?

I like to close sitout tables myself, but if I'm busy on others tables, Party take me out automatically and I get banned for 10min on closed table.

It would be nice if Pcaption could close the table 1 or 2 sec before count down ends (when I didn't close it myself).

AFAIK you will be banned in any case.

Also you can try to use Hotkeys / Sit out next bb and close table.
Table will be closed right after sitting out.

Hi there. I posted this on the tableoptimizer thread for stars and posting it here as well as i use partycaption for partypoker and 888caption for 888poker and want your advice.


This is how i set up to with stars. I also set up it the same with 888caption. Thus any table from 888 that opens up, its at one of the quadrants and i just drag it to which ever one i want. I mentioned to you that partypoker, i could not do this though. Basically i have to manually move the partypoker tables. That isn't that big of a deal though because i don't have more than say 6 table max at once with partypoker. Its more like 3 table of partypoker max.



So i have set up the layouts exactly the way i want it a while back. I have 24' monitor with 1920x1200 resolution where you get 4 tables right in the middle with no overlap. Thus imagine i have 12 tables. There would be 3 tables on each quadrant. If i want to move it to another quadrant, i just drag it a bit and it goes to the right one. Thus if i have 20 tables, it would be like a few behind each table etc.


Now i want to know this. If i wanted to have 6 tables showing on my screen... the reason being that way i could view more tables at once... and also because i want to have partypoker and 888 tables... thus imagine i have 6 quadrants. I would use the original ones with stars. But with 2 quadrants, one would be specifically partypoker and the other 888. The reason is because when i use to with stars, i use partycaption and 888caption with the other sites. And thus imagine i have 5 tables on one quadrant and say its 3 tables of partypoker and 2 tables of 888. Or something like 2 tables of stars, 2 of partypoker and 1 of 888, there is going to be not only lot of misclicking, but some tables don't pop up correctly. Does that make sense?


Thus i want one quadrant specifically for partypoker, one quadrant for 888. The other ones for stars. So how would i do this with TO? Do i set up slots again and click on autoslots and then what i click on afterwards? The thing is i want to make sure i do not have my old slot setup deleted as i used it for a while. But now i would like to maybe have 6 tables showing. The issue with this though is the tables would be a lot smaller.
But how do i do this? And is there a way where say i set up slots where its like 6 tables showing. 3 on the top and 3 right under it. Then when stars table open, it goes to say the stars quadrant only?

But lately i tried playing on partypoker and 888. But my issue is i put all the partypoker tables on one quadrant. But there is usually 3 tables max only. And with 888 poker, max 2 tables. Thus i dont want to have like 5 tables using 2 quadrants. And say 15 tables between 2 quadrants.


Can you tell me how i can do this? The other thing is this. Let say i have 10 tables of stars and say 3 tables of 888 and 3 tables of partypoker. Thus it would look like this

Now let say i bust out a lot of tables and only have a few tables only. Thus imagine i only have 3 tables of stars left and 1 table of party and 1 table of 888. Now would it be possible for the 6 table layout to go to the 4 table layout? Thus i would then have it like this

But how do i make sure i create a new 6 table layout now where i make sure my original layout with TO is not deleted? And the other thing is i would have to do this with 888caption and partycaption right? So how would this work since im mixing it up?

Also on a related question. My monitor is 24' and 1920 x 1200 resolution. If i were to have a 27' or 30' monitor, would it be possible to have 6 tables shown on my monitor where the tables are default size? I always liked the stars tables default size as its big. I seen ppl do like 9 table tile or 12 table tile or even more. I dont know how in the world ppl can play like that because not only are the cards too small, the betting is way too hard etc. Thus the most tables i would want shown on the screen is 6 max. Reason being to add partypoker and 888.


Now what if i get a 2nd monitor? Then i would be able to do it like the way now with Stars tables and then with partypoker and 888? Which would be better? Getting a 2nd monitor like this? Or a bigger monitor than the one i have to have 6 table showing? But could you have 6 tables at default size on one monitor where its 3 on the top and 3 right below it?


I will most likely not be able to get a bigger monitor like this. But what about 6 tables on my current monitor tiled? The tables are a bit smaller i noticed when i tried this without having to on and neither partycaption nor 888caption.
