I also recalled on twitch, some streamers actually had the words of the tournament on the table. Like imagine a twitch streamer like Jeff Gross was playing a 109 tournament or 530... you see it on the bottom left of the table where it puts the name of the tournament.



I think it even showed like the payouts? So that is all done with partycaption right?



I assume the name of the tournament on the actual table... at the top part of the table... that cannot be changed right? Like imagine the font of how it is by default... make it a different color to read it better assuming you have the tables smaller? Thanks.

I don't know what could be a reason of table rearranging.
PartyCaption does not interact with My Tournies windows in any way.

"words of the tournament" - it seems you need [capt] or [captN] tag.

As for payouts - read here about TL tags and watch the video there.

Man, I can´t close the stars lobby when lobby cropping is active, even after I close StarsCaption. I have to reload StarsCaption and uncheck it everytime. Don´t you think we shoud have a hotkey option or something?

You can try to use Alt+F4, it can close any window, and Stars lobby too.
Also you can do it via task bar, right click / close window.

Hi, I have 2 concerns using PartyCaption

1/ I can't seem to find the "Timings" function (i.e. how long villain took for their action on each street) on my Player panels on HUD. I've screenshotted it for your convenience

2/ I was wondering where I would go about finding the "bet box" in Caption. I'm referring to the one where you enter a bet size as a % pot in the bet box. Because for my Caption, it seems to occasionally show but don't show during other times..

1. Sorry, there is no such option in PartyCaption now because it was prohibited by party (about 1.5 years ago)
2. You can use it for postflop bets only, see Convert chips / Custom bet box options.
Also you can add as many HUD betting buttons as you need with predefined sizings, see here how to add them.

Is there a reason why when i get a disconnection and then say 30 seconds to a minute or so I get reconnected, my cards are folded on 888? I notice my time bank wasn't even used in this.


Is there a way to fix this with 888caption? Or when you get disconnected, it just folds after the amount of time it gives normally and doesn't use your time bank? I do have the never sit out option or im back option on with 888caption but when i get disconnected... shouldn't it still use my entire time bank before it folds? Or this is an 888 client issue? When playing on tables and then timing out on a table, even when it folds, well it would not sit me out. But what about with disconnections?

PaulyJames200x, sorry, but 888Caption can work wrongly in case of disconnect.
In this case, the program may not receive some of the information it needs and may incorrectly determine the situation on the table.

As for auto time bank - I hope you have it disabled in 888 settngs and enabled in 888Caption settings (it works wrongly in client).

Well the thing is starscaption doesn't have any issue with disconnects... 888caption does however. Also with partycaption, assuming you are playing more than a few tables, its annoying since you have to wait for all the tables to load... and it takes a long time. Imagine having say 10 tables... you have to take a long time for tables to pop up after reconnect. But with starscaption, this isn't the case and tables pop up smoothly after getting reconnected.



How do i have auto time bank disabled in 888 settings? I dont recall this setting on 888 and when i checking it now, do you mean time bank activation? If so, I have it on automatic... as oppose to manual. So make this manual? I always had it automatic on 888settings i believe as i rarely change many settings on it.


On 888caption, i have auto click im back tournament table checked and auto time bank checked.

PaulyJames200x, auto time bank is bugged in 888poker settngs.
Try to enable it, close 888Caption and try to activate time bank on preflop from free position (not in blinds). 888 will not activate it in these situations and you will not be able to activate it by mouse, because time bank button doesn't work in this mode (and for this reason 888Caption will be not able to activate it too - it just clicks button as you do).
Time bank on free positions can be activated if you will choose manual time bank activation, and Auto time bank option in 888Caption will do it for you.

but I don't seem to have the buttons on my stars tables. Testing at 2nl / 5nl for now as I'm an oldtimer starting over now that Pokerstars Michigan is open.

I'm assuming this does work on all Pokerstars sites, correct?

Edit: Ok, I found the google site, but the only thing I can seem to get working is the lobby to hide / unhide.

OK - I also got the Session Time / Session clock to display, but it's not actually counting.

I've double checked and followed the trouble shooting guide to ensure everything was ran as an admin and my system clock is sync'd to the Net. Can't seem to get the HUD or Bet buttons to display.

starscream1101, please update StarsCaption to v0.76c if you have any other version now.
Also try to check if both StarsCaption and PokerStars client are configured to run as admin as described here.
Let me know if nothing helps.

Is there a way to get starscaption to automatically recognize new GG poker tables for the Table manager 2 function? I can control pokerstars and party tables with no problems but I have to "Pick window" on new GG poker tables so i can move them.

You have to edit Window tile after using of Pick window.
Pick window gets a full window title - is unique for each table so this table type will work with exactly this table only. You have to delete all unique text from Window title field and leave only a common text, which is present in a title of every table you will play. I don't know what kind of titles GG poker tables have, but most of poker tables have something like "NLH", "Table", "Hold'em", etc.

For example, 888poker tables have such titles:
"Pistoia NLH 1¢/2¢"
"MTT NLH 2¢ $22 PKO 6-Max - Sub-Satellite ID #177635027 Table #1 Blinds: 50/100(10)"
Common substring here is " NLH ", so you can use it as Window title for 888 table type.
If you will use "Pistoia NLH 1¢/2¢", it will work for this table only.

Although you can make slots for different stakes, for example - for this you can create tables types with titles like this: " NLH 1¢/2¢", " NLH 2¢/5¢", etc.

888caption problem with SNAP tables. Sometimes during a session it will glitch out and I will not be able to hit the fold button, other button like bet/call works fine. Only happens on SNAP tables.

All clients are latest version and activated with UAC.

Check/Fold hotkey works in this situation, did you check?
If in this situation 888Caption is closed, then the problem is solved?

You can manually click the button with mouse but it's impossible to click with the hotkey. Check/fold key works when it's long box, once it's my turn and there's 3boxes then fold hotkey will not respond.

Restarting 888caption don't work, I need to close the table then reopen
