If not, would it be possible to add some sound alert for this, because the native alerts on Party don't suit me at all, they start after just a few seconds, whereas I only really care if I have like 7-8 seconds left to make an action?

There are two frames configured - red for 5 seconds and 2nd (with another color) for 10 seconds. You can also configure title bar highlight or whole table.

I started replacing some of the wav files in NewGameSounds folder on Party with a silent wav file, but hearing strange noises instead, so that didn't quite work.

I think it supports not any wav file, but one specific format only.
Try to open one of default party wav files in sound editor, edit it there and save with the same format.

Obviously you can do this manually by yourself but when playing many tables it would be harder.. example you want to bet a certain amount and have your mouse set to it now.. but say want it to bet 7 seconds later?

You already have flop, turn and river bets defined in two lines above - without any additional filters, so they process all postflop situations (both bets and raises).
Add Bet size filters to these two lines (bet≤0) and these lines will work for bets only, so your new line will work in all other situations (i.e for raises).

Hi. I will most likely get a new laptop or a new ssd and replace my current ssd. I am not sure if i will clone my laptop hard drive or not. But if i start from fresh... I know if i install starscaption, 888caption, partycaption... well i have to set up everything manually.


Is there a way i could save my settings where when i use a new laptop or hard drive... then when i use starscaption/888caption/partycaption... the settings immediately transfer to the new hard drive? If so, how do i do that? Would it be as simple as copy/pasting stars/888/partycaption icons on my desktop and basically copying all 3 of them to a usb stick? Then when i use the new laptop or same laptop with a new ssd... then all I have to do is drag stars/888/partycaption to the desktop icons... and that is all? Or that won't work?

PaulyJames200x, use Options / Save settings backup to export settngs (and Load settings backup to import them on a new laptop).
If you also use Table manager, then copy TM configs manually, they are in TableManagerConfigs folder inside caption folder.
