I currently have on my Party HUD the [actions] string on player panels. I was watching a stream the other day (pretty sure he was also playing Party) and he had it showing betsizes as a % next to the position stats. I have tried using the [sizing] string but it just seems to do one street (and the streamer had it for the whole hand).

Any idea what I am doing wrong?

- for example if someone opens 2x pre, bets 33%, bets 50% and checks river I would like it to say oR 2bb|b33%|b50%|c or sth like that

I like to have my bet size set to


flop 50%

turn 67%

river 80%



Thus when action is on me, it auto sets the bet size to these percentages. I currently have it set to one bet size for all 3 streets but cannot find where to change this? Using starscaption, 888caption and partycaption. On 888caption, you can do it for individual streets.


On starscaption, i have it like this now


Flop Turn River bet less than or equal 0.5*pot... so on stars it would auto set it to 1/2 pot on each street. So i need to make it like this


Flop bet less than or equal to 0% 0.50* pot? Then do the same for turn and river but different percentage? Then delete the Flop Turn River bet less than or equal 0.5*pot?


On partypoker, there is no option for this right? It is just one default postflop bet size? You can't have a different default bet size on each street on partycaption?




Also is there a way on starscaption/888caption where we could turn our stack size to bb with a hotkey... then press the same hotkey to turn the bb stack back to regular chip stack size? On party, you can do this just by clicking on your stack multiple time

In StarsCaption you can configure it via templates - click Add new bet / Flop / Bet and enter 0.5 for 50% there (or any other size you need). New line will be added to an Advanced betscript list with settings you need.

In PartyCaption there is no way do to it, you can configure only one default bet for all postflop, because partypoker phohibits to use any filters there.
You can use HUD betting buttons or Betting hotkeys for additional bet sizes.

To toggle chips/bb use this hotkey - Convert chips / Toggle convert chips for the table.

The near future is over i guess, would love to see this as well. I'd be the first to buy.

Hi, yesterday it happened again twice and in both times I folded preflop. The 1st time I wasn't paying attention and I wasn't able to take a screenshot but I noticed that there were 2 side pots and a main pot and the winner of the hand won about half the amount that the [tpbb] value had. However the 2nd hand I was able to take a screenshot, but this time the difference between the [tpbb] value and the amount that the winner actually got wasn't that big. The [tpbb] value was 41.72 and the correct pot value was about 38.7 (the BB was 1K). I also have the PCaption.log and the PCaption.ini files. How can I send them to you? Can I use the mail that is on the support page of the partycaption site or do you prefer another way? Again thanks for the help.

Hi there. Okay so on advanced betscript on starscaption, i had it like this before


Flop Turn River bet less than or equal 0% 0.5*pot


That made my bet size automatically go to 1/2 pot on flop, turn or river regardless and then i then adjust it myself but want it at 1/2 pot.


Now say i want it flop to be 40%, turn to be 50%, river to be 70%... then add it like this right?


Flop bet less than or equal to 0% 0.40*pot
Flop bet less than or equal to 0% 0.50*pot
Flop bet less than or equal to 0% 0.70*pot


And of course remove the line

Flop Turn River bet less than or equal 0% 0.5*pot



Is that correct? Now if i decide to keep all these lines... what happens? Does it automatically do the 50% pot every street and ignore the other 3 lines?


I also see option of flop turn river bet greater than 0 and raise*3. So you could have it set to where you can raise 2.5x, 3x or even pot? But starscaption... u cant set it to pot right like 888caption and partycaption?

Yes, but of course there should be Turn in 2nd line and River in 3rd line (if you will have Flop in all 3 lines it will not work as you need).
And I have no idea why you asks all these things - just use Add new bet button templates to add bets to the list.

It will depends on where you will insert these new lines. Higher lines will work, because betscript checks lines in a list from top to down.

You can use any formulas you want.
If you want to use pot size raise, then formula will be x1
If you want to raise 3 times of opponent's bet, then use raise*3
And you can use the same formulas in 888Caption of course (in PartyCapiton too, but in betting hotkeys or HUD betting buttons only, because it hasn't a complex betscript now).

1. You can use Lobby / Hotkeys / Hide/show lobby or the same option in General HUD / OnClick to hide a lobby instead of minimizing it.

Hi, I'm trying to set up different betscripts for ante/non-ante tables at different stake levels. I've included a pic of a 3bb open at 5nl ante tables which isn't working (line is being ignored in the betscript) - can you tell me what I need to change?

The Imp, maybe you have the same line higher in a list, but without an ante filter - in this case that line will dominate this one.
Move this line higher in a list or add an ante filter to that line too (ante≤0)

3. Try to increase Close time in SnG/MTT / Auto close tourney tables after finishing
or
turn on Table options / Opening and closing / Auto confirmation of table closing / in no hero in hand. If this doesn't help, then turn on anyway there - but in this case any table can be closed without confirmation.
