hello, looking for a good substitute of table optimizer for pokerstars handling

the handiest option for me there was that i could use a hotkey (right click of mouse) to copy or search a player name (clicking on their name of avatar)

is this possible in starscaption?

Do you have Lobby button visible on a table? Maybe there is some banner with tournament announcements or something else?

If the button is visible, then try to check #7 here.

If nothing helps - there is a button with gear near the Hotkeys / Lobby in StarsCaption. Click it, move a mouse cursor to a centre of a Lobby button on a table and press Ctrl button to save a click point.

2. Why when clicking open lobby in a sng, it doesn't open the lobby? When i turn off 888caption2, it does open the sng lobby such as the payouts? But previously in the old layout on 888, this was never an issu

I also get message of option of show hand or don't show hand each time when someone folds. How do i turn this off? Is this a setting you fix on caption or the 888caption itself? Previously when using 888caption2 and the old 888poker layout, don't believe it asked me this every single time. I don't think it even asked.

2. Is there any option to increase 888 lobby font size, it's ridiculously small?

4. Today 888 crashed 4 times on me, don't know if its caption related or not, but when I restart 888 my cash game tables go to 0/0 & caption doesn't calculate BB properly. I checked restore cash table title with 00 but it doesn't help, same problem persists

4. For this option 888poker lobby must be active (not minimized), cash tables tab must be active there and tables you play must be visible in a lobby (Show full tables must be active). 888Caption reads table list in a lobby to know blinds sizes on a table.

I did a test with new version of 888 caption v2.64b

1. Auto-click I'm back worked flawlessly, but about 10-15 min in my session 888poker crashed again(it never crashed before this 888poker update couple of days ago). After the crash it didn't want to work on the tables that automatically opened on restart, however it worked again fine on all other tables

3. Rebuy to max is working without a fault now

4. After the crash one of the tables went to 0/0. I followed your instructions, left the lobby with cash games open, including full tables, but it didn't help, despite full stack 888caption was giving me value of my stack as 2bb. I left it open for about 20min but it didn't recover

Sorry, but this option can show already shown at showdown cards only. Mucked cards are not available since handhistory removing.

Hey, I am waiting till you guys make it possible to use StarsCaption with Aurora client. Just wondering if it's going to be possible? And if so, maybe you have timeline?

kamis44, 99% of StarsCapiton options work with Aurora. Also it has some specific options for Aurora - Layout editor / Fonts, for example (you can configure any table fonts there).

I'm having trouble with betscript formulas, they are waaaay too difficult for a computer noob like me....
I managed to make a formula for RFI but that's it.
I need the following for cash game, no antes:
1. IP raise over limper to 4bb + 1bb for every additional limper
2. OOP raise over limper 6bb + 1bb for every additional limper
3. IP 3 bet over 1 RFI 3.5x +2bb for every caller
4. OOP 3 bet over RFI 4.5x + 2bb for every caller
5. IP 4 bet 2.2x
6. OOP 4 bet 2.8x

If you have a template for above please copy it here, I was searching on your webpage but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for or I didn't understand it.

One more thing, on StarsCaption I have enter set as bet/raise hotkey, the problem is that I cant send any chat message now, so when I write in the chat and press enter nothing happens, only I can see the text, it doesn't get send, any suggestions?

realN3bULA, there is no way to do most of these betscript settings, because PokerStars rules prohibit to use IP/OOP filters, limpers and callers count, distinguish 3bet from 4bet and and many other things.
Some things can be done in indirect ways (I will give you some tips in the next post), but in general, such settings cannot be made.

As for Enter as hotkey - there is no way to fix it now. You can only move a mouse to any place on a desktop without a table under it an then press Enter (it will not work as hotkey in this case) or use HUD / Table panles / OnClick / Toggle hotkeys to disable hotkeys before typing / pressing Enter.
