I believe Pokerstars.PA had a recent update. The "CH_bounty" HUD option no longer works. Also, I had created an "On click" command to pull up the lobby, and this function is no longer working, either. These are the two options I have noticed that are not working - unsure if any additional functions are having the same issues.

No luck. I cannot get the double-left click to toggle between bb and currency, cannot get the lobby to pull up via the "On-click" command, and I cannot get bb to display to 1 decimal, it's stuck on 2 decimals. It seems there is a great deal that is not functional, currently.

Do you use bb conversion via Stars settings? (Table appearance / Table display / Show Stack Values i Big blinds for Tourneys)
Do you use Aurora engine or not?
Do you have StarsCapiton configured to run as admin by this way?
Do some other options in StarsCaption work for you?

Hi, I have just started using 888caption but I´m experiencing the following problem. Whenever I click on the top right corner to close a cash table, 888 closes abruptly and all the remaining tables too. When I open again the 888 software the remaining tables remain active. This ONLY happens when I´m using 888caption. I have talked to 888 support and they have told me that maybe I should go back to a previous version of 888caption. I´m currently using version 2.60c Which version should I try?

Pokerstars.PA did not allow for the bb conversion before, but I checked and they do now. I unchecked this option and it is working properly now.
I do NOT use the Aurora engine, it is disabled.
I have Caption running as admin, but I needed to stop Pokerstars from running as admin because it interfered with my HUD.
Yes, all other HUD commands except for the "On-click," option works. Any ideas? Maybe delete the script and attempt to re-enter?

Also you can try to enable Options / Alternative method of a mouse processing in HUD, maybe it will work in this mode.

How do i capture more text from [capt] - table title but not all?
I saw this [captN] - N first symbols of a table title. The number N is specified using the option [captN] tag config. This tag can be used instead of the [capt] tag, if you do not need the full text of the table title (because it's usually too long and can take up a lot of space).
But that only captures the first 2 symbols and i want to capture everything exept the table number and what table it is!
So how do i capture everything i need but not all?

It seems you have 2 or 3 in HUD / [captN] tag config, so you see only 2 or 3 first symbols. Try to set 30 there for example.

There is no way to capture everything except the table number, but you can get any number of symbols you want.

I've noticed that this formula doesn't work when we are in multiway pot, is there something to add in the formula for these mw pots?

Second question is there a way to make the formula a little more precise?
Sometimes when I use it on the turn I don't really have a PSB on the river..

I don't think we can do anything for mw pots since the pot size on the river will depend on how many players call the bet, and we can't know that in advance.

Do you have an example? Except for taking rake into consideration, it should be close enough (I think you can replace the 3 by 2.9 in the formula to simulate a 5% rake).

Another way to do this would be to use a HUD panel to display the SPR for the next street : [effSprNextStreet]
That way you just have to bet a size where it displays a next SPR of 1, that leaves you with a pot size bet.

You can make a backup if you want, use Options / Save settings backup for this.

table popuping in wrong sequance:4 tables in stack, action on "table1", during this new action required on table2 and next one table3 and after decision on table1 the table jumping in front off is table3 not 2. And if during decision on table2 new action required on e.g table1 this table popups next one and table2 wait with required action all time long. its hard to explain but you see the point.

Its not always wrong, I play 6 tables and sometimes its ok for long time but suddenly start to mixing with sequence. its look like some table start to being wrong and dont follow the popuping seq. I tryied changing table manager as "restart" sitouts all the tables change profile and go back to my, sometimes working sometimes not.

In party soft I turned off ALL kind of popups and use only popups option from Caption but even turning it is party doesnt help.

It happened time ago but I played only 4 tables and not in stack or cascade, but lately worked fine for a while and now for maybe week bugging again.

please advice me something becouse its very annoying during session when table suddenly jumps in with rest of timebank.

trickycookie, please send me your PartyCaption settings (you can export them via Options / Save settings backup) and Table manager config you use (this is a separate file, you can find it in c:\PartyCaption\TableManagerConfigs folder). I'll try to check what else can be a reason.

Also I hope you have both PartyCaption and partypoker client configured to run as admin and your poker client is English.

I sended but I have additional info. I restarted Party soft without Caption and started 4 FF tables and used a Table settings button from soft "cascade tables" and play for a while (its really hard without Caption) with setting "popup tables" on from Party soft and noticed that it happened too, without PartyCaption

Sometimes even tables popups with required action and with no clicking popups another tables itself! Dont know whats wrong. I do not use ANY other soft during session not even browser.

Default in sng registrator shows a few 6 max sngs at $5-$22 stakes


How do you auto reg sngs on party? Default seems to be 6 max but when you click on add tournaments, there is no 9 max option? Do you update tourney types while registering an sng you want to play? Example like a $11 9 max sng and then it shows?


Also i have the refresh sng lobby every 5 seconds as default but its not checked. Do i check this or not? What do sng players prefer for this? Because when i was manually registering sngs, it would be annoying when i reg an sng and it was always running because lobby didn't seem to be in real time? In stars and 888, i know the sng lobby is in real time. But what about party?


Also i have the hud table panels exactly where i want it for 888poker and party when i play mtt... thus whether its 9 max or 8 max on 888poker and 8 max on partypoker. Like i have 50% pot size, 67% pot size on it so when i click on it, it brings the bet size to that amount. But on the 9 max sngs on party, the hud panel layout blocks a players username on the table and i would like to move it. Also it blocks a ton of other things. But if i move it, is it temporary? Because when i play mtt on party, then i don't want the hud panel messed up where its now in located in an area i dont like. Thus like for a certain player, then it shows the action like OR for original raise, it currently is over the chip stack in a 9 max sng and i want to move it.


So is it possible to move different layout for where the hud table panel is for regular 8 max mtt on party vs like 9 max sng on party? I notice 6 max same issue as well.

PaulyJames200x, open SnG tab in partypoker lobby and click Update tourney types button in SnG registraror - all table types you have in a lobby will appear in Tournamend type drop-down list.

I don't know what sng players prefer, sorry. You can try to use different options and find what is better for you.

All HUD table panels have the same positions at all table types and there is no way to change it now, sorry. Player panels have different positions for different table types.

Okay so does that mean if i move like the 50% 80% numbers that is on my screen while playing 9 max sngs... its where if i click on it, it makes my bet size that percentage, does that mean the next time i play regular 8 max mtt... those 50% numbers are going to show up in the same place as when i was playing sngs? I ask this because i dont want to move those 50%, 80% numbers while playing sngs because i dont want them to be a different spot like where my current layout looks with mtt. Can you confirm with me moving those hud table panels will automatically make it look like that? Or is it temporary?


But with player panels... if i move them for sng or spins, well the next time i play mtt, it still looks like i have it set up as normal and these changes are temporary?

PaulyJames200x, table panels have one coordinates for all table types.
If you will move table panel on 9max table, it will be moved to the same place on all other table types (2max, 3max, 6max, etc)

Player panels have different positions for 2max, 3max, 6max, etc (it not depends on game type like SnG/MTT/cash table, just on how many players there)

In StarsCaption Table Manager I am using activate at your turn and deactivate end of turn. If i prefold the table will still pop up into the active table slot from a regular stack despite me no longer having a hand. Is it possible to change this behavior so that it won't move into an active slot? I thought 'deactivate if pre-action clicked' would handle that but it doesnt seem to be intended for an Active table: Your turn setup.
