Is there a way of setting it up (maybe a hotkey) to be able to switch between player stacks in chips and BB's?

(without checking/unchecking the box in the convert chips section)

I have an issue with this again. On 888poker, for some reason with my 2 monitors, i can move 888 tables to like any quadrant of my 2nd monitor. But on my 1st monitor, i can only move them to the right side only... not left side. Thus imagine 2 monitors like this

Also when i move a table from one quadrant to another quadrant on 888poker, it switches places? Previously i set up the layout where if you move say one or even two tables from one quadrant to another, it would just go over it. So imagine you look at a table and you see one table, there are two behind this. Did i mess up the setting or something which is why it does this? I want to be able to move an 888 table to any of the quadrants on each monitor... but also when i move an 888 table over an 888 table, it goes over it and not switch places. I ask this because if i have too many tables, i want like 2 or even 3 tables over one 888 table.


On partypoker, is there still the same table slot issue where if you move one party table to another table on different quadrant, it has to switch spots and it cannot just over it? So because of this, i turn off active in table manager.


On starscaption, can i do the table layout setup i currently have? Thus say i have 20 tables on stars. When i open 8 tables you see all of them on 2 monitors. But the 9th table that opens and onwards, it would go over each table? Then whenever i move one table slot to another slot, it just goes over it as oppose to what party does? I prefer this because when i move tables, not only doe it go over the other stars tables, but it would automatically go to that spot perfectly... without me having to manually move the mouse and drag the table over each table. I know at partypoker, i have to do this an that is very annoying.

Would it be possible to add auto addon chips in cashgames on starscaption like you can on partycaption? As a swedish player due to regulation u cant use the stars feature to auto addon chips anymore.

If Stars removed the feature to comply with Swedish laws then Stars won't allow the author of StarsCaption to write a workaround, unless there's something really strange going on LOL.

888Caption doesn't have a default values there, it's 888 has them.
There is just a file editor, and 888Caption reads these values from 888 layout file and writes them back when you click an Apply button.

It's Autorefresh [TL _...] tags option, try to watch a video here to find how to work with lobbies in this mode.

You can use a hotkey as described above, and there is one more way to do it in StarsCaption - you can make a button in HUD panel - HUD / Player panels / OnClick / Toggle Convert chips

On 888 caption is there a way to change stack colour (font) on the tables in the new software or it just works for the tables in the old one? I have tried but it doesn't changes nothing but I found out that the stack colour would change if I am using stack size in BB. However, when I use it without converting to BB the font remains always in white, I don't like to play with stack converted into BB. When I have 10/12 tables is really hard to see things properly...

Okay so apparently im able to have 8 tables of 888 on 2 different monitors with 4 each. I did this configuration earlier a while back and clicked on that configuration and i can do this.



But i still have that issue of if i move say a table from one quadrant to another, it just switches tables as oppose to that table im moving going over it.

There are numbers like (160, 0-820,594) for each one. It does have none selected for bind active slot.


On the right side where it says

There is nothing like 1-8 showing.



When you say turn on a stack option, you don't mean stack under configurations right on the left side? If you click on that, the tables stack.

If you use 888Capiton for this, then you should turn on a Stack option for each slot in a Table slots list. Select 1st slot in a list and turn on a Stack option in a Table slot options section. Then select 2nd slot and do it again, etc.

In StarsCaption / TM2 it works by the same way, but you have only one list of slots there.

Hi there. I use table manager in 888caption. I checked the stack option for each table slot and it does what i want, such as it can go over the table.


I don't use starscaption at the moment on stars. I will most likely use it in the future. I want to know if if i can do the table setup i want. So with starscaption, i can get tables same like with 888caption... but what you mean only one list of slots there?


On party, can i do the table manager thing just like i just did with 888caption? Or does party still have that glitch that prevents this? I took a look at partycaption and there is no option to check stack like 888caption?

PaulyJames200x, if you play different rooms, try to use Table manager 2 in StarsCaption - it can work with table of different rooms (and it has configs for 888 and party tables). You can read here how it works and why it has only one list.

There is no a Stack option in PartyCaption Table manager, and there is only way to make a stack there is a make slots with slightly different coordinates, as I described to you earlier.
But you can use TM2 in StarsCaption to make stack for party tables.
I don't know if it has that glitch, but you can try how it works.

Sorry, in 888 caption. I just want to have a couple of empty slots and ramdonly put a table there. Can I drag and drop the table there or is only by hotkey? Can you please tell me how it's done cause I can't figure...

Evil_Invader, you can use Table manager for this - you can create as many slots as you need, drag and drop table there or put it to slot by hotkey.

In StarsCaption there is also Table manager2, it works with table of different rooms.

I know I can create but my problem is that I don´t know how to set them, I´ve never used this program. I just want some couple slots to be empty with no tables there and when I want just drag and drop a table there. I´ve read everything in table manager for 888 caption but doesn´t say how I do this. I am not using starscaption but from what I saw from it there is an option saying obversed table for slot types but in 888 caption that option doesn´t exist. So because of that I can´t figured out.

In 888Caption there are two types of slots - regular and active (left and right lists).
If you will not use active slots, then all opened tables will be placed to a regular slots. You can freely move/swap tables between slots by mouse or hotkeys.

I'm not sure what exactly you want, but you can create a number of slots with a margin - for example, if you play 6 tables, then you can create 8 slots and two latest slots will be empty until you open more than 6 tables.
Or you need something else?
