In most of cases the problem is not with exe (there are no any virus signatures in it). You should to add a Caption process to exlcusions / trusted programs. There are a separate option for this in most of antiviruses - it doesn't check a code (like file antivirus does) but detects a suspicious behavior.
(Caption really has a suspicious behavior because it highly deeply interacts with poker client).

Tell me what antivirus you have, if you can not find these options.

If you mean a Layout editor - sorry, but I don't know how to fix it (these tournaments have a separate layout and it automatically restores by 888 after any change).
All other features in 888Caption should work there.

I dont know if this was reported yet, but sng hero registrator doesnt work on party. Well, it works sometimes, but it often stops registering randomly and you have to restart it.

It can depends on some other settings.
1. The main lobby should not be minimized (use Lobby / Hide/show lobby hotkey if you don't want to see it instead of minimizing)
2. In some cases party can stop to update a tournament list in the lobby, so registrator can't find new tournaments to registering. In this case you can use SnG/MTT / Refresh SnG lobby every X seconds option.

Let me know if nothing helps and I'll look in your case deeper.

Hi, I´m using PartyCaption v1.78a, Windows 10
After PartyPoker has updated my HUD player panel (Position and Stack_bb) is not loading
And my "betting hotkeys" and "advanced betscript" is not working

My HUD table panel and Hotkeys > basic hotkeys is working fine

The both softwares (site and partycaption) are running as admin.

Any idea what can be? And what I need to do?

Tayguera, most likely partypoker client hasn't admin rights - try to check it again (this setting can resets after partypoker update) and also try to reboot your PC.
Let me know if nothing helps (and try to contact me via email/skype - you can find contacts on the site).

If I leave the Party client running for too long sometimes I have to restart it before any sngs will open regardless of if I'm using Caption or not. If this is happening to you it isn't a PartyCaption issue it's an lolpartypoker issue.

I downloaded the new version yesterday and it was working fine....but today it is not.
I tried to reinstall the older version but it didnt change anything

Hi there. I have 1920x1200 monitor and tile 4 tables. And when i have 20 tables going, it would be like 5 tables on each quadrant. I have it in a way where if i move a table from one quadrant to another, it moves automatically to its place.


I recently connected a 2nd monitor that is also 24' and 1920x1200 resolution. Its not the same model and is actually smaller size wise. I put that monitor on the left my my right monitor. Thus i have 2 monitors now and also have my laptop screen all the left. Thus imagine its like screens are laptop screen, monitor, monitor. When i open up tables at the moment, they all show up on my regular monitor on the same quadrant. I want to be able to do the same thing on the other 24' monitor. Thus say table 5 opens, i want it opened on the 1st monitor or vice versa. Thus imagine i have 8 tables opened, i want 4 tables on each monitor. And i want to be able to move the tables from one quadrant to another and most importantly, a table from one monitor... to the other monitor where it automatically goes into the spot. Can you tell me how i can do this?


Thus imagine i have say 20 tables of stars, party and 888. I would like certain quadrants like imagine monitor 1 to be party, another is 888. While the other quadrants are solely for stars. With those other 2 sites, i dont mind manually moving table by myself and having to do it manually because i don't have that many of those tables compared to stars. Also i do this so if i have lot of tables and a table is more important, i want to keep say 1 quadrant or 2 quadrant spots where i could see all the action and no table blocks it. Can you tell me how to do this? Also i could keep my current layout... and also do this layout? I would be using this new layout from now on unless i dont like it somehow. I know its under slots and auto slots but i want to make sure i keep this current layout. So i assume i open 8 stars tables, then put them exactly where i want it to be. Then change that number of tables to 24? Or would i have to manually do 8 tables, then do another 8 and another 8. Thanks.



So for 888caption, i have it on my monitor where if i move it to any slot, it goes to the right slot. Whether its top left or right or bottom left or right. But i think i want to have those tables on my other monitor... which is the left one etc. But how do i do this where i could move the same 888 tables right now... to the other monitor where it stays in the right spot like in my current monitor?
