Yes I know about it.

In StarsCaption I did recently enhanced configuration of the [actions] tag:

Here you can set your own abbreviations for different situations, set separate symbols for Call / Overcall / Call 3bet, Limp / 1st limp, Raise / Open raise / 3bet actions, add action timings and action sizings to any action.

I'll try to do it in 888Caption / PartyCaption too in future versions.

Hi again, I'm on a trip with my laptop and noticed Starscaption updated from 0.10 to 0.12a which is great, but I'm still having the issue on my Win10 laptop with the active table glitch staying on the stacked tables.

1. You have the same StarsCaption settings on your Win7 PC and Win10 laptop and the issue is on your laptop only? Can you copy the StarsCaption.ini file from laptop to PC and check how it works on PC?
2. Is StarsCaption running as admin on your laptop as here?

3. Maybe your laptop has high resolution display? Try to turn on 'Diasable display scaling on high DPI settings' from above screenshot - both for PokerStars and StarsCaption shortcuts. Let me know it it helps.

Great product, thanks.

On 888caption if a player raises it will say Raise and this word will cover the chip stack, so I won't be able to know how many chips the player has until the word disappears. It is the same when they call it hides the chip stack saying Call. Is it possible to set this 'player action' to show for 0 seconds please?

Also what is the 'blind level up' option that is shown in the layout editor, when I change the font/color I don't see what changes.

1. I don't know how to do it. But I will try to do it in the future, if I can find a way.
2. Layout editor can edit some fonts it 888poker layout files. I don't know how some of these fonts are used on the tables, I only know they names (they are in the files) and I know how to edit their parameters. Therefore, some of them may not work.

Hi Like,

A hotkey for 'bring next table requiring action to front' would be much appreciated for a future edition of 888caption. When stacking i sometimes need to cycle through tables to look at hands, and then a table requiring action doesn't pop up, this can cause timeouts. A hotkey to bring the next table in line straight up would be excellent.

I try it with an old 888client + 888caption and a new client+888caption2.

The easiest way - reinstall the bwin client.
You can do the installation without uninstalling, and all other settings will be saved, only layout will be restored.

If I want to play 2 different Stars-clients - can I use StarsCaption on one of them and still play on the other one at the same time, and using the built-in hotkeys?

StarsCaption can work with only one Stars client at the same time (it will be fixed in the future versions), but if you need hotkeys only - yes, you can use Caption hotkeys in one client and Stars hotkeys in the 2nd.

It is so weird why they cover this important information, when making my decisions the pot is always key, yet they cover it up when the blinds go up! Or the chip stacks, invisible when a player makes a Raise! So strange, but would be great if you can figure out a solution.

StarsCaption can work with two (or more) poker clients at the same time now (from v0.13).
Also built-in hotkeys work with two clients for me (if they configured for table under mouse).

i have 888caption 2. My old laptop stopped working. Got a new laptop. So had to download all poker programs, holdem manager 2 etc. I believe i have the 888caption2 folder as i had saved it to my external hard drive. So i just download 888caption2 from the website like it is.... then how do i make 888caption2 the same configurations?

Try to check 'run as admin' for PartyCaption and partypoker client. Also try to add them to antivirus exclusion list.
Also I hope you have the latest version of PartyCaption.

Hi! With the recent changes in party, is there any way to increase the variety of color (or include something like a badget or any text system that allow to mark the player quickly as LAG, Fish, Tight...) on the player notes? It will very helpfull to all the people.
